I'm very grateful to the front desk lady, Ms. Guo Shanshan, for her warm and thoughtful service and help. I was deeply touched by her guidance before check-in and her concern after check-in. Her exceptional service is a role model for everyone to learn from. The hotel room was very large, and the free upgrade to a garden view room was a real value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

We set off on a three-day, two-night road trip to Anji before the kids started school. 🚗
After a long time choosing a hotel, we booked the Anji Kaiyuan Resort. 😎 It's located right next to the Bamboo Expo Park, a two-minute walk away, and conveniently located.
Cleanliness: We chose a king-size room and a family room, which were both clean and odor-free.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, gym, and table tennis room. The rooftop infinity pool has a great view, but its hours are limited (closing at 8pm). We finished dinner at 7pm and returned to the hotel almost time to finish. 😂 The gym is well-equipped. There's also an indoor children's playground, perfect for taking the kids out.
Service: Our server, Zhenzhen, was attentive and welcoming, and gave us a fruit plate and a super cute red panda. 😁

I booked this hotel blindly, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It's very new, and the front desk lady upgraded my room and gave me a stuffed panda. The room also came with welcome fruit, and the bathroom and other amenities were excellent. The large balcony was fantastic, with a stunning view of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast was on the 11th floor, with a wide variety of options. It's a very good resort hotel, highly recommended!
