Grand New Century Resort Anji Huzhou

This is my second stay at Anji Zhuboyuan Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. There is also a balcony in the room, which is very comfortable. The scenery outside the balcony is beautiful. The air quality is good. The front desk service attitude is also very good👍If the breakfast is richer and more varied. I believe the occupancy rate will be higher👍

There are quite a few staff members in the hotel who look like interns. They are very good and work hard, but their business ability is average. For example, some children did not ask and I had to ask for slippers and toiletries myself (another older staff member took the initiative to tell the guests). There are too many people staying in the hotel but the service cannot keep up. There are so many people for breakfast that the scene is a bit chaotic. There is no queue management at the door, no flow control, and the staff are working hard to take everyone to the table, but I really haven't encountered such a scene for a long time. The buffet variety is average, although it is not expensive. There are no people in the same restaurant as breakfast in the evening. The naughty castle is very small, and the female ticket seller at the door is very rude and has a stern face. If you say one more word, it's like you owe her money. The toilet and bathing facilities in the room are not blocked. There is no partition next to the bed, which has a big impact on the sleeping person when using the facilities. The advantage is that the hotel is at the entrance of the Bamboo Expo Park, the surrounding environment is good, and you can go to a cafe next to it. I feel that if it weren't for May Day, the price would be much cheaper, and the experience would be much better.
