Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and it's particularly well-suited for families with children looking to relax. Our child was perfectly content staying at the hotel as long as there was a pool. Pros: 1. Good service. They offered pick-up and drop-off by car upon request. 2. Both indoor and outdoor pools are available. A slight disappointment was that the outdoor pool didn't feel very clean. 3. There's a gym, but the equipment is somewhat limited. 4. The Anji tea offered was a nice touch.

## Facilities The infinity pool was decent, and the water appeared clean. However, the changing rooms and showers felt a bit basic. Since it was off-peak season, it wasn't crowded, which made the experience quite pleasant. ## Room We stayed in a 'Back to Nature' series treehouse, and the room itself was beautiful. My only issue was that it was sweltering when we first entered. I'd suggest leaving a key card in the power slot during summer so the AC can cool the room to a comfortable temperature before guests arrive. Despite this, the room offered excellent value for money overall, and the tea mountain view from the window was incredibly relaxing. ## Service My biggest disappointment was the service. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and quite aloof during check-in. We had booked a room type that required climbing several stairs, but no one bothered to inform us beforehand. When using the pool, we had to specifically ask the front desk for towels and locker keys; they weren't offered proactively, which was a bit inconvenient. ## Dining Breakfast was just okay, lacking variety and primarily consisting of Chinese dishes. Dinner at the hotel was convenient, and the beer duck was quite good. Afternoon tea was even more disappointing; there were no options besides a simple fruit platter, and the tables weren't cleaned properly. However, considering the overall price point, the value for money was ultimately acceptable.

The ambiance is fantastic, and the outdoor pool is simply amazing! Breakfast was also very extensive. Our butler was incredibly attentive, going out of their way to fulfill any request with an excellent attitude. It's the perfect place for a family weekend staycation; you won't even need to leave the hotel. We're already planning to bring the kids back during the winter hot spring season.

The hotel's setting, with its green mountains and clear waters, is ideal for city dwellers looking to escape the urban grind and enjoy a relaxing weekend with their children. We were kindly upgraded to a room with a beautiful mountain and water view. Our balcony overlooked a peaceful pond, and it was incredibly serene to just sit there, gazing at the tranquil landscape and unwinding.

The room was incredibly spacious, which we were really pleased with. It was well-equipped with plenty of amenities, making it perfect for couples, families, or those traveling with children. The room was also spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The surroundings were wonderful too. Our room offered a beautiful, lush green view of the tea mountains, which was absolutely stunning. Waking up in the morning, we could hear birds chirping and enjoy the fresh air.

Facilities: As a resort, the overall facilities are comprehensive. There are restaurants, an infinity pool, a gym, a bar, a cinema, and a spa, all well-appointed. We booked a stacked villa on the mountain, and the shuttle service was very prompt, making it convenient to get around. Ambiance: The views are fantastic, with two tea mountains right in front. Opening the window to this sight was truly therapeutic. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was generally good. We visited in summer and expected a lot of mosquitoes, but their mosquito control was quite effective, as we barely got bitten. However, the teacups in the room had some unwashed tea stains, which seemed like an oversight by housekeeping. Service: The service was excellent and very attentive, especially at the spa, where the experience was wonderful. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, and we would definitely return.
