Anji Sky Land Squirrel Tribe Hotel

Squeezing in a last-minute summer getaway with the little one! The environment was lovely and our room was clean. Perfect for a relaxing few days with kids if you just want to unwind.

Traveling with kids was so easy and stress-free. A big thank you to our thoughtful butler, Xingzi, who warmly welcomed us, helped us check in, and even escorted us back to our room. She also thoroughly explained all the important tips for the cable car and various scenic spots. In the morning, we explored Yunshang Grassland, and in the afternoon, we planned to go rafting. We didn't even have to go to the front desk to pick up tickets; Xingzi proactively delivered both the tickets and room cards to our room, which saved us so much hassle. Knowing our child was going rafting, she even kindly prepared water guns, and our little one had an absolute blast! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish!

I have to give a shout-out to our butler! Initially, I wasn't too happy with our room, but she went above and beyond to help us communicate and coordinate, and we smoothly moved into a fantastic new room. She handled everything exceptionally well throughout the process, and her attitude towards problem-solving was proactive and reliable. Overall, we had a very pleasant trip.

We booked a family room with our child and had a really great experience. The day before check-in, the concierge proactively reached out via WeChat to help us plan our itinerary. During our stay, any issues we brought up were immediately addressed. The concierge was incredibly thoughtful and warm.

I specifically chose to visit Yunshang Grassland during a typhoon, because I was traveling with my child and didn't want it to be too hot outside. So the entire trip was very cool. The hotel facilities were complete, and it was convenient to get anywhere thanks to the shuttle service. The hotel environment was also great, and the butler even showed us different rooms so we could choose our favorite. Overall: I was very satisfied with this trip.

Right downstairs is the Squirrel Lawn, where you can get up close with little squirrels. My kids were so excited to see them! The room was decent, and the butler was very responsive, always on hand to help whenever needed. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I genuinely recommend Butler Xiao He; their service was meticulous and attentive. Whether it was inquiring about travel routes or small matters regarding the accommodation, everything was arranged clearly and precisely. They were warm and reliable, adding a lot of positivity to my trip. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.
