I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

The room was nestled in the mountains, with fresh air and a balcony offering a direct view of the bamboo forest. It was also very quiet. The koi fish in the pond would leap out of the water to grab food. Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) could be borrowed, and boating was available. The pond wasn't large, but it was enough for fun. The kids loved it. The café was really photogenic, and many tourists came to take pictures during the day. Breakfast was a bit simple, but it was filling and freshly made. The butler was very attentive. We didn't check the location carefully when we booked; it was relatively deep in the mountains, and we thought it would be difficult to get a taxi, but it wasn't inconvenient at all—we could call a taxi anytime. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and the kids loved it.

I came to Hello Kitty Paradise and booked a hotel on the spur of the moment. The lady boss was very nice and upgraded the room to a family room. My kids loved it. There is a coffee shop downstairs and you can feed the goldfish, which is another activity that kids like. I accidentally found water celery and fried it with shredded pork at home.
