設施：客房裝修過，但難掩他的年頭，下水的味返上來不好，洗澡水忽冷忽熱哈哈😃
早餐雖自助也很普通，一看都有年代了
衞生：衞生還行，地板一看都沒怎麼好好拖，電視櫃下面一排灰塵積的簡直了
環境：出門就是龍舟公園，城牆，位置優越，停車也方便
服務：服務很好，前台保安都是比較主動的，這個也算是比較突出的
住一晚不挑剔了，對環境要求的就去選新開的酒店，這個就是江邊散步方便😀

1. 淋浴設施問題
入住期間發現花灑存在問題，淋浴水時冷時熱，給人的洗浴體驗帶來極大的不便。此外，花灑頭竟然用捆紮帶固定，顯然是維修不及時或管理疏忽。更令人無法接受的是，衞生間鏡子銹跡斑斑，嚴重影響整體衞生狀況。
2. 早餐廳服務與餐品問題
早餐廳的服務態度令人堪憂，不僅服務不周到，而且餐品種類單調，難以滿足不同客人的口味需求。這樣的餐飲服務，無疑影響了客人的整體住宿體驗。
3. 江景美景
儘管住宿過程中存在諸多問題，但酒店所處的江景確實是一大亮點。站在房間的窗前，可以一覽無餘地欣賞到漢江的美麗，這為住宿體驗增添了一抹亮色。
4. 客房服務人員態度問題
尤其是8層客房的服務人員態度令人不滿。在服務過程中，不僅缺乏熱情，還顯得不夠專業。相比之下，7層客房的服務人員和8層的主管態度明顯更好，他們不僅服務周到，而且十分勤快，給我們留下了深刻的印象。

體驗超棒！從踏入大堂，工作人員就熱情迎接，辦理入住迅速高效。房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約又不失温馨，床品柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，熱水供應穩定且水壓足。酒店的早餐豐富多樣，中西式美食都有，味道也很不錯。位置十分便利，周邊商場、餐廳眾多，出行很方便。健身房和游泳池設施齊全，我在閑暇時還去鍛鍊了一番。整體服務貼心周到，工作人員有求必應。這次入住性價比超高，下次來這個城市，一定還會選擇這家酒店！

旅遊路過安康，經朋友推薦住在這裏，一樓餐飲，五樓酒店。裝修比較老了，門口停車方便，保安非常好，周圍也方便，住江景房，躺在床上看江景，很美。
