Absolute nasty piece of work and practice of business. I booked a hotel with them for a few days but due to unforeseen medical emergency at home I had to cancel my trip.
They would not cooperate with insurance claim at all. They would not issue a letter of no-show and also they would not even tell Trip.com that I did not show up to their hotel.
Not what anyone need in this stressful time. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The breakfast was rich. The service was warm and thoughtful. However, there was a large green stain on the towel provided. It was probably because the previous guest wiped something and didn't wash it off. But such towels should be eliminated and should not be used anymore. There are many bars around, and the music doesn't stop until after 12 o'clock in the evening. Because it is a new hotel, everything else is good. The location is good, not far from the subway, and it is very convenient to take the subway to the bus station. 21 Turkish money. It is also very cheap.

We really liked the hotel, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Close to the main avenue, you can find plenty of places to eat if you walk.
