Hotel Abro Necatibey

The hotel which I booked was closed 1 month before I actually arrived. That's why I couldn't find it when I arrived. A local people guided me to another hotel under the same brand. I spent almost 20 mins in lobby then the staff was able to find my booking info from the closed hotel and verified my booking. Afterwards he gave room key but when I opened pthe door, I saw a broken windows up there and strong wind was blowing with curtain was blowing out. I went downstairs and asked for changing room. When I entered the second room, I saw that shower door was mis-placed and bathroom door couldn't be closed. Then I asked for room changing again. I found a big hole near sink of bathroom. I was afraid of insects etc coming in thru this big hole so I decided to go back to second room. There was NO heating at night because the staff said lack of fuel.I was freezing overnight.

Prime location for everything hotel should increase their services so that may be best in this location. You can walk from the hotel to every best place in Ankara

Nice good project

There is only one thing Good about this hotel,which is the location.. The room was small and old, the tiolte amenities were broken..shower holder was not there..the flush tank doesn't work well. Always water running from the toilet flush tank into the toilet bowl.. the small wardrobe cupboard inside the room was broken, it shakes and falls when we tried to hang anything. There were no hair dryer in one of our rooms. The breakfast was very poor, no coffee during breakfast, very less items were there..very poor service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..
