This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. It was my first visit to Annecy. We stayed here for 5 nights. There is an affordable public parking garage connected to the hotel. The hotel is within just a few minutes walk to the old-town of Annecy where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. And on certain days of the week, there is a massive farmers' market right behind the hotel, and it stretches all the way to the town center. Excellent cafes, and boulangeries are all within 2-3 minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay at this hotel again in our next trip to the area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and some have balconies. We got 2 rooms, one with a balcony, although they are the same price. The guests are quiet, even though it was pretty full when we stayed.

房間算是河景房了，整體不錯。
唯一12點可以辦理入住的酒店，大多數國外酒店都是下午3點後才可以入住。

宜必思安奈斯中心老區酒店就在安奈斯城市的市中心，離火車站不遠。安奈斯城市有很多河流，酒店就在河流旁邊。環境很好，服務人員很Nice.

This was a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. We walked to every thing in the old town area. The staff was wonderful and the
Facilities were comfortable. We did not have the morning breakfast buffet but it looked very good. There is also a nice bar area. The rooms are small with comfortable beds. The only downside is the lack of amenities in the bathroom. The website said shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. but there is only an all in one body and hair wash. It is perfectly usable but if you prefer more - bring your own. Bathroom was extremely small and had poor ventilation leaving a bit of a mildew smell. Overall it’s a great boutique style hotel with a fantastic location - I recommend.

The hotel is extremely well situated right in the heart of the old city, comfortable, and with friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again and hope to return to this beautiful city.
