The girl who received me was very good. She was not upset at all when faced with my pickiness and served me patiently. The room was clean and hygienic. But I didn't choose the right one as it was a bit noisy facing the street. I chose a family suite.

首次來安平漢庭住，非常滿意，全屋智能性價比高，體驗感很好，早餐也非常豐盛，炒菜涼菜麪條餛飩應有盡有很豐盛味道也不錯。前台丹丹服務好，因為行李多幫着搬東西，還推薦了附近的好吃的

入住體驗很差：
1. 入住的時候，因為東西多，自駕遊路上前幾個酒店都有禮賓推車或者貨運推車借我搬東西，在這家漢庭我就隨口問了一句前台有沒有禮賓車或小推車。前台回我一句：“咱們這是經濟型酒店，不是豪華酒店。”差點給我噎得説不出話。沒有就説沒有就行了，非要懟人一句才能顯示出自己的高度嗎？我也沒説需要有人幫忙搬，我問一下有沒有推車對咱們酒店是什麼很無禮或者過分的要求嗎？當然在我對這句話表達出不滿之後，也提出了幫忙搬運。服務行業，不會講話建議學過再來。
2. 訂的房間窗户關不嚴，衡水晚上零下的温度，房間開始變冷，那我開空調吧，空調也打不來，面板點不開，打電話反映跟我講用智能助手小度設定，叫小度是有迴應，所謂“句句有迴應，件件沒着落”，空調還是沒吹風啊。再打電話反饋，叫人來幫忙喚了一聲小度又走了。😄酒店是認為本客人聾子還是啞巴還是理解能力為零呢？我自己不會喚小度用得着專門找個人來幫我喚？重點難道不是喚小度沒用嗎？最後在我再一次打電話反映的時候，給我換了房間，新房間空調面板好着呢，不需要喚小度也能打開空調呢。此時已經是晚上十一點快十二點。對於一個第二天還要開車的人，這酒店純純折磨人。
其他的不想説了，anyway就是，當然他們酒店看着也不缺客源，畢竟隔壁有學校，一到週末節假日看樣子學生或家長蠻多入住的。但是漢庭的企業形象嘛，在我這裏大打折扣。
