Hotel location really near from many restaurants, stores, coffe shops. You can walk around and find everything.
Around 200 meters is the jungang station.

Value for money hotel near Seoul Institute of Arts & plenty of restaurants & cafes around. Lotte department store across the street. Big room compared to hotels in Seoul. Ansan is a lovely city by the ocean. Everything great except the hotel don’t provide free toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand soaps . So pls bring ur own. Public transportation is also very near, walking distance . Bathroom is big & nice hot water.

I have used this hotel for many times, more than 10.
Mostly, it was satisfactory but there are a few things to make comments.
1, There was no soap. Hence, I had to use shower gel whenever I wash my hands.
2, The hotel need to be careful when they cleaned the bathroom. I found some dirty there.
Except these two, all was fine.

Very friendly staff. Room is clean enough, but windows was a little bit dirty and also dusty in the closet. On a table in my room was little crack. Cafe on the first floor and convenience store is helpful.
