Hotel is pretty new. Its clean, fresh, modern, elegant decor. I could not fault it. This is possibly the best hotel i have stayed at in the 6 months i have travelled within China. Cindy at the reception/manager also speaks english and was so helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

新開的酒店，非常推薦！首先是服務人員，每一位服務人員都非常周到！前台接待我們的短髮小姐姐，考慮到週末樓下有婚宴可能會影響我們休息。提前詢問，熱心協商更換房間，還給孩子準備了歡迎和離店小禮物。酒店的保潔人員和餐廳的服務人員都十分熱情有禮，對待孩子很有耐心，讓人很温暖。房間衞生很到位，床品乾淨沒有異味，景色很美，交通方便，樓下還有羅森，我們住的房間帶的浴缸，很寬敞應該叫浴池。還配了洗衣機洗衣液十分方便。從飲品到面膜，真是細緻的考慮了顧客的需求。我們經常差旅住過不少酒店，這家酒店真的很不錯。早餐種類雖然不多，但是乾乾淨淨，闆闆正正，每個品都很好吃，炒菜和炒飯一點也不糊弄。下次來鞍山也會再選這！

十一假期入住這個酒店，地理位置很不錯，離附近的景點都不太遠，房間裏設備設施都很新，乾淨整潔，茶品還不錯，小冰箱裏有飲料和麪膜，還是很貼心的，前台工作人員辦理入住和退房也比較快，服務態度也很好，配套設施有健身房
