Nice hotel, friendly staff. We requested for a room change last minute and they tried their very best to accommodate us.

I gave it a bad rating as the non-smoking room we booked reek of cigarette smoke. Thankfully only have to put up with that for a night.
Otherwise, it is a decent place from a location standpoint as well as amenities.
But the smell….

Location walking distance to train station. A little confusing building as there are around 5 hotels in the same building. Good value for money

Location is ok if you travel with Taxi. We asked for extra cleaning of the room after founding some hairs from previous guests. They did it very quickly and solve the situation.
Price was exceeding the general level of the hotel.

It is very convenient to get to Huangguoshu, the pillows are very comfortable. The next day, when we came back from Huangguoshu, our clothes were all wet. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and told us to call the front desk if we needed to wash our clothes. The front desk manager helped us take them to the laundry room to wash them, and then sent them to the room! Great service, new bedding

The hotel service is very good. The store owner cared about my noise sensitivity and changed the room for us and gave us a breakfast voucher.
