Vincher Cloud Nest Hotel

The hotel has a great location and reasonable prices, just a 10-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. To fully explore Huangguoshu Waterfall, I stayed two nights. On the first night, I was able to visit Anshun Ancient Town, which was truly cool. The next morning, I took a taxi to Huangguoshu Waterfall in just 40 minutes, much more convenient than traveling from Guiyang.

The room decor smells really bad!!! The toilet seat had stains (which I could remove with a paper towel), but when the housekeeping staff came to clean it, they brought a bucket with stains in it. How could I dare ask them to clean with a rag like that?! The front desk was very unprofessional. When I asked if there were any charging stations in the parking lot, they said they didn't know. After checking in, I got to my room door, but both key cards wouldn't open. I had to wait five minutes for the front desk to help. My child had a stomachache and diarrhea and almost vomited in his pants! The next day, I saw the guest next door checking in and they also had the same experience! As for the room amenities, there was no conditioner! This is the first time in all my hotel stays that a hotel doesn't provide conditioner! I called the front desk to ask if they had any, and they coldly replied that they only had shampoo and shower gel, not conditioner. When I checked out, I returned the key card, but the front desk clerk didn't even acknowledge me. After receiving the key card, there was no communication and they just sat looking at their computer the whole time. My child and I were standing in front of the front desk waiting for the car to arrive. The two people at the front desk sat looking at the computer the whole time and didn't even say hello.

This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip. Both the service and the environment are very good. I stayed for another day and they also extended our check-out time.
