We stayed for 30 days at Guden Pearl, which was a so-so experience. Pros: nice location, view, and big brown dog Cons (Lots of them): - One of the A/Cs needed to be fixed with the entire kitchen side. (was fixed by the owner the next day). - You can only turn on up to two burners on the stove; otherwise, the whole stove will turn off on the electrical panel. - Wi-Fi connection is poor, especially in the evening. - Sockets fall off, and the room requires renovation. - Half of our stay, there was no hot water. Bonus track: on the 16-18 day of our stay owner started the renovation of the next room. Every morning we woke up because of the wall drilling. They didn't warn us about the renovation at the check, which was pretty surprising. The noisy part of the renovation continued till our checkout.

We were in this apartment a total of 8 times, which has dropped in quality each time. In the beginning everything was somewhat new and they wanted to give it all a chance. But as soon as there were walk-in customers and money flowed in, less and less value was placed on customer satisfaction. The friendly is just fake on the internet. Breakfast is carelessly prepared and has no quality. People often get gastrointestinal problems there. The pool is also dirty if you go there with children, the child always has a bacterial infection. The room furnishings are miserable, you are disgusted by the cooking utensils. The owners only care about the money. Every guest is blasphemed. The rooms are secretly controlled by the hotel owner! We've caught it twice already. This is outrageous. As soon as someone writes a bad comment on Facebook, you will be blocked so that nobody notices the things. A total rip off from this store. The hotel owners sit by the pool all day and people watch. Due to the fact that the owners live in the apartment in summer, it is always noisy due to their children and quarrels. In the cafe only frozen products are prepared without taste, zero quality for an outrageous price. That's why there are hardly any regular guests! For the price you pay there are enough other apartments and hotels. Stay away from this rip off apartment.
