Serenity Suit Hotel

Area (Konyaaltı) was beautiful The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the beach and restaurants Bus stop was also at walking distance. However, the hotel itself was not fully ready as some parts of the property were still under construction and it was quite dusty and noisy. The room given to us needed some finishing as electric wires were dangling under the tv and the lamp holder on the bedside had no lamp. Also, the door towards the balcony couldn’t be locked.

حجزت بهذا الفندق قبل شهرين من الموعد على موقع اوتيلز وكلشي تمام ودفعت المبلغ المطلوب من البداية ووصلت لانطاليا بعد سفر وتعب الى ان وصلت بالموعد وكان يقابلني طفل صغير عمرة 14 سنة يقولي لايوجد غرف ولا يوجد حجز، لكم واحنا عددنا ٥ اشخاص ويقول السيستم فيه مشكلة، بعد ما عصبت راح قال ساقوم بالغاء الحجز لكم والفلوس سترجع لكم وخلص وانا سألته ماذا سافعل واين اذهب اريد غرفتي هذه ليست مشكلتي وهددته بالشرطة وانهم لم يبلغوني قبل فترة لاقوم بحجز ثاني، وهنا قال دقيقة ساقوم بايجاد فندق اخر لكم واتفقنا اننا سندفع نفس المبلغ بدون زيادة وذهبنا لفندق قريب منه ولكن اكتشفنا ثاني يوم ان الفندق يطلب مبلغ اكثر من المتفق علية وبنفس الوقت فلوسنا من الفندق هذا لم ترجع رجعنا لهم مرة اخرى نطالبهم بالغاء الحجز الكترونيا وارجاع اموالنا وانهم لم يكونو صادقين ووضعونا في فندق اخر أغلى ولكن لا فائدة اصحاب الفندق ناس غير محترمين ولا ظروف المسافر وتعبنا وبعدها اكتشفنا انهم يكذبون على صاحب موقع اوتيلز انه لم يضعنا في الحجز لان هناك شخص مصاب بكورونا وهذا الموضوع كذب جدا فالفندق كان ممتلئ بالناس ولا يوجد مصابين، ونحن قلنا الحقيقة لصاحب موقع اوتيلز وهم قامو باجرائاتهم ضدهم وانا بدوري لا انصح اي احد في ان يحجز بهذا الفندق اصحابه عصابة نصب واحتيال I booked this hotel two months before the appointment on the website of Hotels and everything is fine and I paid the required amount from the beginning and arrived to Antalya after travel and tired until I arrived on the date and i was met by a young child 14 years old says to me there are no rooms and no reservation, for you and we number 5 people and say the satstam has a problem, after I got nervous he said I will cancel the reservation for you and the money will come back to you and I concluded and I asked him what I will do and where to go I want my room this is not my problem and threatened him with the police and that They didn't tell me a while ago to make a second reservation, and here he said a minute, I'm going to find another hotel for you, and we agreed we'd pay.We agreed that we will pay the same amount without increasing and we went to a hotel nearby, but we discovered the second day that the hotel is asking for more than agreed upon and at the same time our money from this hotel did not return to them again, asking them to cancel the reservation electronically and return our money and that they were not honest and put us in another more expensive hotel, but there is no benefit to the owners of the hotel, disrespectful people, nor the circumstances of the traveler and our tiredness, and then we discovered that they are lying to the owner of the website Otiles that he did not put us in the reservation Because there's someone with Corona, and this is a very false thing.
