The hotel is beautiful, has all the amenities, and a variety of activities, but it's NOVEMBER! The prices are unreasonably high at 17,000 rubles per room, and there's nothing to do! The pool is freezing, the hotel is almost deserted, it's quiet, many of the cafes are closed, there's no entertainment, and the hotel is just for hanging out! There's nothing outside the hotel either, and it's a long way from the city. You could have easily booked it for half the price!

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The food was good, the drinks were good, the rooms were very nice, and the sea was wonderful. I would like to go again in the new season.

We had a family vacation at the end of September. We liked the hotel. Very beautiful fountain at the entrance to the hotel. The atmosphere in the lobby is friendly. We were greeted well and quickly accommodated, although we arrived much earlier. We liked the style of the hotel. The territory is large, well decorated, lots of greenery. There is a water park. A very beautiful pool. There are also many cafes, shops, several a la carte restaurants. A good beach. The entrance to the water is smooth. Sand. It is very good for children. In the evening everything is illuminated, beautiful. The restaurant always has a variety of food. There is enough of everything. You will not go hungry. In the evening there are good performances, a disco. Our week of vacation flew by very quickly. I would like to come back here again and again.

Since I was satisfied when I went before, we went again at the insistence of the children. On our first day at the hotel, we waited about twenty minutes at each food station because the hotel was full. With our food in hand, we waited for half an hour for the table to become vacant. I vomited for two days after eating cold meat. Even though Guest Relations offered a la carte, the food came in the form of a fixed menu and only enough for tasting, and he served by constantly waiting and reminding. If there were not so many misfortunes regarding the food, the hotel would definitely be enjoyed.

We chose to stay at Venezia Palace Deleluxe Hotel and we were extremely pleased with our choice. We found ourselves in a wonderful environment during our two-night, three-day holiday. The hotel staff always welcomed us with a smile and tried their best. The cleanliness of the dining hall was perfect and the food was really delicious. Esra, Emine, Fatma Nur and other staff were very attentive while taking care of us. Additionally, Mr. Orhan, Mr. Serkan, Mr. Kadir and other staff did their best to help us. We were also very pleased with the spa services. Ms. Sema and other staff relaxed us with massage, scrub and foam services. We had dinner at the à la carte restaurant, which is full of flavors from Turkish cuisine, and we were pleased with the quality of the food and the attention of the staff. It was also nice to have a fish and pastry restaurant. Döner, ice cream, cake, desserts, tea, coffee and other drinks were unlimited and delicious. We were amazed by the beauty of the sea and the beach, and the garden and landscaping were also very impressive. We would like to thank the hotel staff and managers and wish them continued success.
