It’s excellent hotel

Fabulous Hotel for a winter concept break. All our needs were met, food, drinks, weather and amenities were amazing. We came as a family of 3, with a 9 year old boy. The games room was fantastic we were lucky with the weather but even if we had bad weather there's enough to do. Ali in the lobby bar big shout out for his attentive service and top notch cocktails. The guest relations were spot on, a quick whats app message and they sorted whatever you wanted. We had a free italina meal which was very good but the steak house "wow" were quite snobby with steak but it was amazing best night ever so attentive and the house wine is delicious, the cocktails were fab the white Russian tastes just like a martini espresso and was delicious. We will definitely return, we have loved it. We have the NYE gala dinner tonight and so looking forward to this.

So far the best hotel I've been in Turkey. A real 5 star and food is stunning with lots of varities. Staff have always a warm smile on face and helpful. There is a welcoming reception and guest relations team. I'd say spending time at bowling bar was the best. Really loved all swimming pools and beach as well

From the first moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was very ok for us. Room was clean, with a good view. Minibar was ok. Beds ok. Services ok. Personal was very very ok. Food perfect. Kids place ok, indoor pool ok. Bar ok. Tea and turkish coffee were and will be unbelievable.

I wanna explain tis hotel in one word , perfect for holiday , all of stuff ard helpfull , all of room and lobby cleaned very well, we were happy with concept thank you for all of kind services and perfect food.

We have had a wonderful time at the Titanic Deluxe hotel The staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble The hotel is ery clean and the beach is well looked after. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel though we do t have children there is plenty of play areas and activities for children

PLEASE read this before you book here! This is definitely NOT a 5 star Hotel. You could barely say it is a 3 star. I would definitely not recommend it. If you would’d like to know more details, please consider the below reasons. The level of the service you would receive is so random and there is no consistency and each staff would treat you differently depending on their mood, attitude or obviously if you tip (which I tested it myself). There was a huge short of staff and we had to clean the tables ourselves most of the time, and if you had asked for something, it’d be either forgotten or been there served after ages. I got bitten by a fish on my both feet when swimming in the sea of the Hotel’s beach, which made an awful pain and bleeding, i asked for a doctor to have it checked, they sent a nurse who had no gloves on when treating me, dangerous for her and me! And I was asked if I want to see a doctor, I have to pay €120!!! I was still in their hotel premises, and I was told they’ve never had such experience before, but yet they didn’t care what could have happened to me unless I pay for the doctor! Their concept of their guests’s health is behind any moral standards! We were 3 families and then I stayed for another week with my partner and unfortunately it was an awful experience. The hotel was literally like a sunk Titanic and it seems so depressing. And everything you ask the response is either they are busy or They are in the winter concept which contradicts being busy! And we were still in the early autumn. The hotel barely has been maintained and you can spot a lot of issues. the rooms look very aged. Don’t fall for the pictures they have edited and uploaded them themselves. The lighting system in the family area is broken and every other bulb works. My sister in law fell down the stairs at night, luckily she got away from a serious accident. The AC makes a loud noise which we ended up turning them off during the night and it was hot, imagine being there in the middle of the summer!! The cleanliness is not for a 5 star hotel, the level of hygiene could be definitely questioned. You could see in the kitchen area the guy who was making the kebabs was cleaning his sweat with bare hand and then touching the food to serve!!! Honestly disgusting! I spoke to many of the guests there, and Honestly no one was happy and everyone agreed this is NOT a 5 star hotel. If you don’t tip, you are less welcomed! I started tipping some of the staff and their attitude changed totally. I always tip where are receive a good serving but I when it becomes mandatory it is out of the concept. We all have already paid for the service to be served here. There were only a few good ones i. Fairness. Zarian, was one of the few who was very friendly and respectful. The main indoor restaurant was full of burnt oil smell and it was hot, so we would always have to sit outside. The beach was never cleaned! Please DON’T fall for these good reviews! Which w

We were on Holiday from 21/10 to 28/10.We had an incident at the Titanic Deluxe Lara Hotel where my son was pushed over by another child fell on his head resulting in 6 stitches.This facility was meant to be supervising our kids whilst under their watch.There was nobody in the room when the incident happened and the kids had to go and look for one of them to help my son. We got called to the place where I found my son drenched in blood and crying.The first thing hotel staff said to me as approached that I will need to pay €125 for my son to be see by their doctor on the premises which was extremely disgusting to me.They arranged an ambulance to a private hospital without my knowledge and without pre-warning that a huge bill will be coming my way. I gave them my Insurance details to which they said the Anatolia hospital does not recognise any British insurance which was astonishing to me.I was shocked at this and called the same hotel staff who told me about the €125.I asked her if there was nothing they could do as she already told me that they have some sort of deal with the hospital and I told her I’m stuck and don’t have the money to pay to which she was dismissive and told me she had to get back home to her family and put the phone down on me.I was than basically held ransom at the hospital and had to pay a €950 bill that I was not expecting.The bill was €1700 which I said I can’t pay to which they said they can make a deal with me to lower the cost to €950.They run their hospitals like some of the bazaars you find around the area. There was no further checks from the staff to check whether my son was ok.The hotel should notify all British travellers of the fact that their travel insurance is not recognised by the Anatolia hospital to save any other family the grief we had to go through.

Great holiday destination and hotel very nice…. Food great every night. Staff superb. Plenty to eat and drink. Pools very good. Plenty of pool space. Not too crowded. All drinks are western brands which is good. Concierge service good. Would recommend
