Upon arrival at the hotel, the exterior looked like it was going to collapse, unlike the photo. There was no reception. They didn't come out even when I called them. After a while, I asked the person who came out and they kindly said they would contact me, so I was finally able to check in. The Russian owner came and said I had to go to a different building and was guided to a building 1 minute away. When I got there, um... it was scary... Will I be able to open my eyes safely tomorrow morning?? Will my organs be safe when I wake up in the morning?? Is this a place run by ****? I was overcome with such fear..ㅜㅜ The room I was guided to smelled like Russian spices... I seriously thought about giving up the money and booking a new room. Still, the hot water is good and the beach is right in front, so it's perfect for swimming and playing all day~~ And fortunately, I was able to open my eyes safely in the morning. If you're adventurous or curious, feel free to make a reservation~~ㅎㅎ

That's right, the sea, the sun, the sea air, beautiful views and a store nearby, so as not to lose too much weight. And I was also lucky with mosquitoes, although I stocked up on a fumigator - in a week they bit me only once while living with an open window, although earlier in Turkey they used to fly in flocks around the room. After deciding to go, monitoring the situation with housing led me to the idea that, for the most part, Turkish hoteliers are selfless lovers of money, and believe in a good wizard who will drive it to them. because September prices for accommodation simply beat similar ones on the Cote d'Azur. And then I came across the "Duran" apartments. To say that I was satisfied is not true, I was very satisfied. 1. Correct humane prices. 2. Quick contact after booking. Pleasant communication. 3. It is very easy to get there: tram from the airport and transfer to bus GCK76A at the Dogu Garaji stop. The Antalyakart transport card is sold right at the tram stop at the airport. 4. The apartments are located, so to speak, right on the seashore. The wonderful Konyaalti beach with small pebbles is better here than the same one within the city limits, there the pebbles are large and the water is colder. 5. The store is 450 meters away. The walk to it is accompanied by pleasant mountain views. 6. The rooms themselves are good in my opinion. My room of 12 sq.m. did not seem small to me, my eyes did not rest on the walls, this is because the area of ​​the shower was reduced as much as possible due to the shower hanging over the toilet, but I was not embarrassed by the fact that during the procedure the water fell on the toilet. I think this idea is creative, well, and the remaining water was easily dealt with by means of a draft, opening the shower window and slightly opening the front door. I will emphasize once again: the presence of a private shower, kitchen and even more prospects on 12 sq.m. is fully compensated by the correct humane price. 7. There is Wi-Fi! Good. I liked the hotel. It's five minutes to the sea. The room is clean, there's a large refrigerator, all the necessary utensils. The owner Lyudmila is always in touch, a very responsive woman. I recommend the hotel.

The accommodation is too bad, there is no TV, the curtains are very transparent, nothing! The surrounding environment is also very desolate. I really don't know where the good reviews come from. Ctrip is destroying its reputation by recommending such accommodation! It should be a very good place for this price!

Terrible. "Improved room" Combined bathroom - closet 1.5 x 1.5 m, height 175 cm. Shower with a heater that barely warms at maximum. Sit on the toilet - only sideways. There is only one (!!!) socket in the room, and that one is near the refrigerator. It is very noisy - the windows overlook the road with constant traffic, plus there is an abnormal rooster under the window that crows all daylight hours and dogs. It would be fine if they asked for it like for, say, a hostel. But it cost me 3111! For this money you could rent a room in a normal high-rise hotel nearby. I happily moved (or rather, moved, it’s less than a kilometer to walk :-)) the next day to another hotel for half the price of this one, and the first thing I did was take a normal shower.

Жила здесь в октябре 2025 несколько дней (пишу в декабре, впечатления до сих пор супер!) Расположение 10/10, пару минут до моря. Очень чисто и аккуратно, есть возможность готовить в номере, небольшая плитка и набор посуды. У меня была комната с видом на море :) До исторического центра можно доехать на общественном транспорте, а обратно я шла пешком по набережной (неблизкий путь, но живописный и комфортный) Рядом находится хостел, удалось познакомиться с многими. Скучно не будет. Обязательно вернусь сюда!! Буквально одно из лучших бронирований в моей жизни по соотношению комфорт/качество/цена/расположение/воспоминания

Отличные апартаменты в шаговой доступности к пляжу и всему необходимому. Мы семьёй путешественники со стажем и для нас определияющим является баланс цена-качество. Здесь это реализовано в полной мере. Сразу после бронирования по совету из предыдущих отзывов связались с администратором Ольгой - и ровно с этого момента нас уже не покидало ощущение того, что будущий отдых находится под полным контролем и помощь на каждом этапе будет оказана немедленно. Ольга - профессионал, человек реально находится на своём месте. Быстрый, четкий, компетентный ответ на любой возникающий вопрос. Нужен трансфер из аэропорта - нет проблем, по цене не дороже такси. Планируете сами добираться - будет подробная инфо о всех доступных видах транспорта. Валюту без проблем обменяли у хозяйки по хорошему курсу. Предварительно обсуждали варианты - нам предоставили именно тот номер, который понравился на фото. Сбросили точку на карте, где раз в неделю приезжает продуктовый рынок - мы смогли закупиться продуктами на весь срок отдыха. Нужен зонтик на пляж - без проблем, можно взять на территории отеля. Перестала поступать вода в душе (чисто наш недосмотр, случайно заблокировали лейку переключателем) - тут же прислали сантехника, который за 5 минут нашел и устранил причину. И сразу же хозяйка Людмила лично зашла поинтересоваться результатом. В апартаментах очень чисто, все условия для комфортного проживания и приготовления пищи. Спросили насчет микроволновки - тут же предоставили. Дворик хоть и небольшой, но уютный, тенистый, на территории лимоны, гранат, тропические растения. Реально напоминает сочинскую дачу, но с некоторой экзотикой: по утрам петух из соседнего отеля соревновался с муллой из ближайшей мечети, кто из них громче))) Но на минутку, эта дача находится у шикарной набережной на берегу роскошного Средиземного моря! В общем, отдых в начале октября у нас получился великолепным, контакты остались, Ольга, Людмила, мы ещё обязательно к вам вернёмся!!!
