I enjoyed my stay and the convenience of walking to local restaurants. The only issue I had was that I kept getting locked out of my room but they were very responsive and helped me right away each time it happened.

Basic amenities like coffe , water, towels was never replenished . For the cost of this hotel we should have received a lot more service

Loved absolutely everything. Stunning place, great food, wonderful staff. Only negative is that communication was very difficult with all staff. I just wish they would offer English classes to their staff. I wish I could speak Spanish, but THEY encourage Western visitors so they should be prepared for English Speaking tourists.

We stayed here for a few nights as part of a large wedding party. The hotel was located in a convenient area in Antigua and very walkable. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice & updated and the staff was very friendly. We felt very safe & comfortable here. The grounds are beautiful & the pool area was lovely.

There is a reason this is THE nicest hotel in all of Antigua Guatemala. It is so close to Parque Central, clean, quiet, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very helpful staff throughout.
Definitely meets the bar for any experienced world traveler as well as those trying a Central American country for the first time.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the swimming pools are a real plus!
