The rooms are gorgeous, excellent location and incomparable service. We love it! It includes breakfast. The art in each room and living areas is amazing, it is near Central Park and restaurants in the near, walking distance makes it a great location.

The hotel was located in the heart of Antigua town close to everything. The room was delightful, big, spacious, comfortable with everything you needed, the bed was big and comfortable, the shower was fantastic, the breakfasts were delicious and the service was super friendly. It was perfect for us.

AC did not work overnight, staff wasn't able to fix the issue. But they said they would upon us checking out. When I raised the issue, I was directed to contact ******* because I booked through a third party. Management was not helpful in resolving the matter.

Comfortable, private, quiet (room was away from the main street), close to the main square. Room was in excellent condition with very high quality furnishings and toiletries. Hot tub was clean and fresh although it needs a lift bar for the heavy cover. Our main complaint was the lack of filtered water. Our other high-end hotels in Guatemala all offered Eco Filter water dispensers in the room or in the common areas. This eliminates a huge amount of single use plastic bottles. The concierge service needs to be more up to date and oriented to a discerning clientele.

I had a wonderful stay at Las Cruces Boutique Hotel, a charming and elegant property in the heart of Antigua Guatemala. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a seating area, a big screen TV, a full length mirror, and a walk in closet. The room was also beautifully decorated with antique items that reflected the culture and history of the city. It felt like staying in a mini museum. The bathroom was amazing, with a shower that had two shower heads for a spa-like experience. The hotel also provided complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water, as well as a mini fridge and a bar with wine, beer, and spirits. The climate control was a big plus, as the hotel had mini splits that worked as heaters and AC. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, as it only had 11 rooms. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was tasty and varied, with fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and local dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend Las Cruces Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Antigua Guatemala. It is a gem of a hotel that deserves all the praise it gets.

A wonderful spot in the center of town. I had a large, spacious room with nice amenities. The staff were very friendly and the grounds, and central garden, are beautiful. Although there is no restaurant, the breakfast service was delicious and first class.

Very quiet, peaceful, beautiful place and great customer service. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to get everything we needed. I will definitely going back and recommend family and friends.

Very good small boutique hotel in Antigua, right in the centre of all the sights and restaurants. Beautiful rooms & suites, tastefully and historically decorated. One of many hotels in Antigua based in or on very old monasteries & convents, and decorated with a real sense of style. L'Occitaine bath products and top end finishings, large tvs, and many quiet and beautiful spaces to sit and have a coffee. Excellent coffee provided in the room daily at no charge. Very friendly & competent staff in all departments. Superb breakfast options each morning , including granola/honey/fruit/yogurt options if you have a very early start before the kitchen opens. My *only* criticism is that breakfast is the only meal served here - no lunch or dinner. There are many options for food close by, but there were definitely a couple of occasions (such as after climbing Mt Pacaya, for example) when it would have been a good option to have just ordered a room service sandwich for lunch. I'm sure there are sound financial reasons for this policy, but it would be my only suggestion to improve the hotel. Otherwise, highly recommended.

The hotel is super nice. We arrived early for check-in and they were able to give us the room in advance. We had an excellent massage and a late check out! It was an excellent experience.
