Good location. Friendly staff. Room was very basic, hardly place for our luggage. No mosquito net so we couldnt open the window and ventilate the room. Bed was creaky. Problems with hot water to shower. The arramgement was to have our breakfests in Porta hotel, but to have limited options and not the breakfeast buffet served there, which was a bit odd.

Nice view from the roof top. You can arrive late since they are open 24 hours. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very efficient and friendly. Quiet location and walking distance to many places. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. They don’t disappoint!!!

A very pretty place when you enter, but the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was worn with cracked tiles. You could keep the room stuffy, or open the windows to noise in the corridor. Worth less than half what we paid.

It's an amazing hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Clean rooms and facilities. The staff was incredibly friendly. They made our vacation extra special and a lot of fun. The room service was also excellent. The food was authentic and delicious. We are definitely coming back.

Great Hotel for the price! Very clean, peaceful and safe. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. This is a pet friendly hotel, I brought my puppies and they had a blast running around the beautiful garden and corridors. The one thing that I will say needs improvement is the food. I only had breakfast and it was by far the worse breakfast I’ve had in Antigua.

Muchísimas gracias! Claudia was fantastic at the front desk. She was very helpful and pleasant. The grounds are great for sitting and enjoying a coffee before walking the city. We went at the right time of year to have the window open and the room be a good temperature.

Fui a descansar por vacaciones. Y no pudimos descansar. Desde horas temprano por la mañana. Pese a que el cartel de “‘no molestar” estaba puesto. Las mucamas gritaban en el pasillo para comunicarse entre sí. Se pusieron a hablar afuera de nuestra habitación. Luego decidieron ponerse a hacer traba de reparación justo afuera de nuestra habitación y el señor con música . Una total falta de respeto al descanso de uno. Pagar por ir a descansar y fue lo que menos pudimos hacer. Tenía dos noches reservadas y solo nos quedamos una. No me devolvieron el dinero por la otra noche tampoco.

Decidí reservar una noche en este hotel,basado en los buenos comentarios de tripadvisor, la experiencia fue decepcionante, es un hotel deteriorado,muy viejo,muebles de hace 30 años,cortinas viejas,camas viejísimas, sabanas y topa de cama de décadas atrás, es como un museo antiguo, las toallas si están en buen estado. no recomiendo este hotel , hay hoteles mas económicos y en excelente estado,este esta abandonado . El único punto positivo es el personal,todos muy amables y educados. Pero cuando eliges un hotel buscas que los cuartos e instalaciones estén en optimo estado y acá todo esta deteriorado y antiguo.
