Wonderful hotel, very accommodating, helpful and flexible. Super comfortable beds, delicious food. We stayed there for a weekend in June alongside 57 of our wedding guests and we all loved it there. Would definitely go back and recommend!

We stayed here while attending a family wedding near by. They were amazing, so friendly and even went out of their way to cater to the kids allergy needs when making meals. On sunday we didn't realise all the local restaurants were shut so they cooked a meal for us all (20 odd guests!)

De passage à Vic, nous avons passé une nuit à l’hôtel Le Tivoli pour assister au Festival de jazz de Marciac. Très bien accueillis par la jeune femme qui nous explique l’accès aux chambres de jour et de nuit. La déco de l’hôtel et des chambres est très datée et désuète on se croirait bloqués dans les années 80, du « bazar » traine un peu partout…La chambre est propre mais présence de moquette rouge. La salle de bain est nickel et semble avoir été refaite plus récemment. Lit un peu creux mais correct. Nous avons dormi la fenêtre entrouverte, nous avons été réveillés très tôt par des gens qui parlaient fort juste en dessous. Petit dej très médiocre : peu de choix et aucun produit du terroir ce qui est bien dommage. Le fromage et le jambon sont desséchés dans le frigo qui est tellement ancien qu’on se demande s’il fonctionne ! Brioche industrielle : vous connaissez la tourte ? Miel de supermarché… Bref… La personne du petit dej m’a demandé de m’installer « collée »aux autres résidents alors qu’il y a une grande salle et que j’avais choisi une table à l’écart près de la fenêtre… No comment ! Prix peu élevé mais encore trop pour les prestations proposées, c’est vraiment dommage car cet hôtel a du être réputé dans les années 70/80 et a du potentiel…

Hôtel bien situé, mais accueil très froid à notre arrivée (peut-être réservé aux clients smartbox). A notre demande sur les lieux à visiter, réponse reçue " il n'y avait rien à visiter". Dans la chambre, une odeur de renfermé, ménage mal fait (poussière sur la tête de lit), lunette de WC mal fixée. Literie correcte. Au diner, serveur souriant, service correct, mais produits du buffet desséchés, en particulier les œufs mimosas et la charcuterie. Au petit déjeuner, une personne balaie la salle à manger pendant que les clients déjeunent, et fromage desséché dans le frigo. Un bel établissement, mais prestations pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel restaurant 3 étoiles.

Accueil sympathique et ambiance familiale Au centre de vic en bigorre , à quelques centaines de mètres de la rivière pour balades et calme complet . Chambres confortables accessibles pmr et très bien agencées N’hésitez pas à consulter l’historique , on est vraiment dans un cadre familial

Très bon accueil. La chambre est très correcte avec tout le confort souhaité, propreté ok. Le lit était un peu creux au milieu. Le restaurant est très bon, cuisine familiale. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et il y a tout ce que l’on aime. On y reviendra sûrement !
