I had to paid when I had already paid online before with Trip. com dealer. Self check in system at night had technical issues with my card 💳, with printing code and number room.
To be honest, staff at the morning was professional and helpful all the time and printed invoice forclaiming to the dealer. the Breakfast 🍳☕️is correct. Crispy bread and croissants

Solo para 1 noche, en viaje de carretera. Hotel básico. La recepción está abierta hasta las 9pm, llegue 9:30 pm. Hubo un pequeño pero urgente incidente y el personal llegó a apagar un fuego por cigarrillo y puede hacer check Inn. Se puede hacer self check Inn pero la pantalla no funcionaba cuando llegue. Errores de sistema que pueden afectar tu estancia. El fuego fue un accidente “por suerte”, si no, no hubiese podido registrarme por la hora en que llegué y reservé de último minuto y self check Inn no funcionó. Personal amable. Habitación muy pequeña tipo Europa Ibis Budfet, limpia, Lejos, nada en alrededores, Para dormir en viaje de carretera.

La salle de bain très vieille avec un rideau de douche, chasse d'eau limite cassé et toute petite.
La personne à l'accueil a mis beaucoup de temps pour venir et pas très propre sur elle....

Arrived at 10pm with 2 kids after a long journey couldn’t check in at the self check in - the man on reception was helpful & we managed to check in quite quickly - 2 rooms as they didn’t have availability for 2 adults & 2 children in one room - rooms were next to each other but one absolutely stunk so we ended up in one room - 2 on the floor 2 in the bed - noisy all night people banging doors and talking, room was so hot none of us could sleep even with the fan on as it was so noisy !! Tried to get some water from the vending machine & there was none - Hardly any sleep we ended up leaving at 6am just to get out of there - overpriced - very basic - would never stay again! Avoid if possible !

Very good experience except for the difficulty in gaining access to the hotel late in the evening but the young night porter was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
