Changbai Mountain Pureland Hot Spring Resort Hotel

The hot spring is definitely a highlight! You get one entry per night, and it's open from 2 PM to 11 PM, offering a great option for evening activities. The breakfast is abundant and I appreciate that there aren't many pre-made dishes. Thumbs up for that! 👍

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Changbaishan High-Speed Railway Station, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service. The hotel environment is also superb, from the front desk staff to the service personnel, especially Zhao, our front desk manager, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent advice. Although we didn't get to see Changbaishan this time, which was a bit disappointing, the hotel experience was 100% satisfying! Northeast China truly is amazing, and I welcome friends from all over the country to visit Changbaishan and stay at the Puyue Hotel! (P.S. The hot springs are also fantastic and very kid-friendly).

Environment and service: The front desk staff, particularly Taozi, provided excellent service. The hotel is lovely, the environment is beautiful, and the room was very clean. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a nice touch. Highly recommend, highly recommend, highly recommend!

Front desk staff Xiao Pan was incredibly professional, warm, and thoughtful. She really went above and beyond for us, contacting us in advance to arrange airport pickup and our room. The hotel is located opposite Meirensong Park, and our room's floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the Meirensong trees. The hotel's hot spring was very comfortable, and the infinity pool on the fifth floor offered stunning views. Best of all, there weren't many people there during our visit, making for an excellent experience.

The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms and hot spring experience were great. A big thanks to the hotel butler and driver for picking us up. Also, a special thank you to Peach at the front desk for her attentive service 🥰. We'll definitely be back in the winter!

Please try to be more like a five-star hotel. You're still quite far from that standard!!!!!!!!!!!

Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even thoughtfully recommended some great local eateries, and were polite throughout the whole process. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I slept like a baby all night. The bedding was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a nice touch. All the little details were perfect!

Facilities: Very complete, has everything you need. The decor is also very artistic, fitting well with the Changbai Mountain scenic area. Hygiene: Found a strand of hair in the fried rice at breakfast. For a four-star hotel, that's really unacceptable 😂, just like a fly-ridden diner. Environment: Quite good and beautiful. Service: The staff at the lobby and bathhouse are all very enthusiastic, answering all questions and always happy to help. A short-haired staff member even enthusiastically told us how to best explore the area, as we hadn't planned anything, and was very patient. However, there's a manager or someone at the front desk who always seems very impatient when answering questions – I've truly never seen such an attitude 😂, and it wasn't even a difficult question. Also, the driver: if shuttle service is provided, why can't it be perfect? He also seemed impatient and didn't help with luggage when we got out. He even honked furiously just because we didn't know how to close the trunk 😂. This hotel should be one of the better ones in the area, so it would be a shame to lose out because of these small issues. Overall, the service from the other hotel staff was quite good.
