硬件設施不錯，有温泉，游泳池。唯一不足就是衞生間的設計，馬桶和淋浴都有單獨的門，洗手池那麼大的空間沒有門就算了，隔斷還相當透明，在那裡穿脱衣服，外面一覽無遺，不太方便。

國慶假日入住，自己主動聯繫了酒店，加了司機電話；辦理入住順利，速度快。房間升級有窗房，能看到街景，風景一般；房間大小合適，乾濕分離。早飯選擇還多，但是味道中規中矩，點心預製菜多。温泉一人進一次，一般外面玩的久，一人一次也足夠。在國慶都漲價的日子裏，還算有性價比。

酒店設施在長白山算還不錯的了，位置離高鐵站和北坡集散中心差不多10分鐘路程，對面就是美人松公園，出行很方便。雙床可以並在一起，適合一家三口出遊，工作人員服務特別熱情！最值得一提的是酒店的温泉，太適合孩子玩了，一共五層，最上面有露天無邊泳池，風景很好。

房間很寬敞，續住也會每天換乾淨毛巾。有免費洗衣房，非常方便！特別是餐廳，價格實惠並且非常美味，無一踩雷，強烈推薦鍋包肉、大拉皮。另外特別感謝餐廳，從天池下來，想喝點薑湯驅寒，餐廳雖然之前沒有做過，但還是試着免費做了一大壺，並且貼心的送到房間，還帶了碗和勺子。拿到的時候還是滾燙的，太感動了，非常感謝，強烈推薦這家酒店！賓至如歸！

挑了又挑，看攜程排名第五，本以為是性價比很高的酒店，結果…。先表揚一下接站的師傅，熱情細心，這一對一的周到服務，完全掃除了之前沒有管家服務的冷落感受，到酒店前台還給升級了房間，對酒店的好感拉滿。然而入住後發現房間設施品質很一般，衞生間馬桶裏有東西沒沖，雖然反映後工作人員很快過來，拿着工具要給重新打掃，但是心裏有點噁心，還是自己拿消毒紙巾弄安心一些。早餐也一般，門口也沒有禮賓人員幫忙拿行禮，因此，住了一晚趕緊換地方走人。

設施：都挺好，就是沒有晾泳衣的架子，因為是温泉，泡完都要洗泳衣的，沒地方晾
衞生：很好
服務：訂單上沒有明示每人每天衹能進入温泉一次，温泉區的經理説是酒店默認的（每人每天衹進一次），這個非常不能理解，體驗感很不好，如果訂單上有列明，顧客也不會明知故犯，希望這個能明確一下遊玩規則

孩子給打100分的酒店，温泉很棒！孩子身高1.45米温泉，早飯都沒收費，貼心給力！唯一不足的早餐的炒飯沒抄好，有些黏了，不影響居住體驗，下次還會再來。
