River Valley Villa (Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Area, Enduri Leisure Resort Zone)

Our room was a bit noisy, but the hotel staff proactively found solutions. They brought us noise-cancelling headphones and even sent band-aids when I got injured, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. I particularly enjoyed the leisurely coffee moments by the river, where I could just unwind. A big thank you to Jacky for sharing the Americano recipe and recommending the hidden mountain trails. Although we missed the bubbling spring, we stumbled upon wild raspberries, which felt like a gift from the mountains. It was a comfortable and healing journey, and I look forward to returning to Changbai Mountain again.

Traveling solo to Changbai Mountain, I stumbled upon Qing Shu He Gu, and my experience truly exceeded expectations! The hotel is tucked away by the riverside, offering an incredibly comfortable environment. Open the window, and you're greeted by the mountains and forests – so peaceful and healing. The butler and staff are all very attentive, responding quickly to any questions. Their service feels natural and not forced, which made me feel very relaxed. It's also conveniently located for accessing the North Slope scenic area, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of the town. If you want to escape the crowds and get closer to nature, this is definitely the place. My solo trip was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to truly relax and let go of city anxieties. If I ever come back to Changbai Mountain, I will definitely stay here again!

Facilities: The room was incredibly spacious, with brand new and exquisite facilities. The decor had a minimalist style. There were three huge glass windows; two overlooked the inner courtyard, and the other directly faced the magnificent mountains. In January, the view outside the window was a breathtaking snowy forest landscape, allowing us to embrace nature up close. The deep soaking tub was super large and clean, making for a very relaxing bath in the evening. Breakfast was very rich and plentiful. Even during the off-season when they offered set menus, the hotel accommodated our personalized dining requests. The room had screen mirroring and a Youku VIP account already logged in, so we could watch movies directly from bed. There was underfloor heating, but its effect wasn't very noticeable due to the large room size. However, we could turn on an electric heater and place it by the bed to stay warm, so we never felt cold. Service: The hotel front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They helped us carry our luggage to the room upon check-in and provided free pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station. We added the hotel on WeChat, and they provided attentive service throughout our stay, fulfilling all our needs. The private car driver was also incredibly enthusiastic. He always parked as close as possible to our destinations to minimize our inconvenience walking in the snow. The vehicle was also new, spacious, and smart. Surprisingly, I didn't get carsick once in three days (I usually get carsick easily). The driver took us to the most scenic spots and the best hot springs. Even though Changbai Mountain Tianchi was closed, we still had an amazing time! I highly recommend Xueling, Lao Like Lake, Julong Wei Lu Zhu Cha (圍爐煮茶 - a hot pot/tea experience), Magic Realm Rafting, and Blue Scenery Hot Spring. Location: There's a shopping area about one to two kilometers from the hotel, making dining convenient, and the driver gave us free rides. In Erdaobaihe Town, waiting times for taxis can be long at night, and food delivery times are also extended.

The room was very spacious and clean. The butler service was excellent and always responsive to our needs. When we brought back takeout food in the evening and wanted to reheat it, they did so immediately, and it was piping hot. They even offer a drop-off service to the station. A truly great experience!

This stay far exceeded my expectations; the service was impeccable! My strongest feeling during this stay was truly 'feeling at home.' From the moment the doorman proactively helped with my luggage when I got out of the car, to the warm and efficient check-in process at the front desk, every single staff member greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality service.

Came to Changbai Mountain for New Year's Eve with friends and booked the Aries Villa here – it's even my zodiac sign! The environment is great. We checked in at the front desk, received some welcome gifts, and they enthusiastically escorted us to our room. The staff saw we had some New Year's decorations and even helped us put them up, which was really good service. We had a blast!

This long-awaited trip to Changbai Mountain in winter had been on my mind for years, and this year I finally made it happen. While planning at home, I stumbled upon this hotel. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, wondering if such a large villa would have cleanliness issues, especially since I'm really sensitive to cold. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I entered, brought me hot water, and gave me tons of tips for exploring, even helping me take some beautiful photos. What else are girls traveling for, if not for great pictures? Haha. Once I got to the room, the place was genuinely stunning. I loved the decor in every single room. It completely solved my fear of the cold during this deep winter. Every corner of the room was beautifully arranged and super clean – I felt like I could take over a hundred photos just in the room. In the afternoon, basking in the sun next to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out at the snowscape, was just incredible. During this visit, I also happened to meet the hotel's general manager, who was a really nice person, with that unique warmth and humor characteristic of Northeasterners. As a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), standing in front of him made me feel like a happy little figurine! I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was very warm. The owner and front desk staff provided excellent service, advising us on good places to visit and where to find delicious food. The room was spacious with large windows and a nice view.
