Tried to order room service. The service was bad and kept telling me nothing was available except for Fries. I then ordered fries but it never delivered. The network was bad, so I couldn't connect to the internet in the room.

Location out of the city, so not OK if you want to be in the center (not easy by public transport), If you have a car and you want an easy place to access from the ring, then location is perfect.
Only minus for me was the Wi-Fi. You have to chose between Free and paying Wi-Fi, but the free Wi-Fi was not even enough to reply my e-mails... Feels a bit like false advertising to say Wi-Fi is included.

Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, i like the fact that the bedroom and toilet are separate. Breakfast is pretty decent. The hotel location is top! Just 12 minutes riding from downtown Antwerpen, and the fact you can park free is awesome.

When checking in, an employee did not believe that we had booked for four people. The gentleman went through the reservation for a long time, which simply stated how many people had been reserved. Sofa bed was not made up, you had to do this yourself, the bedding was not clean. Room is outdated, bathroom had hairs everywhere and not clean.

Pretty standard European hotel. Small. Bed was hard. They did have a very small refrigerator in the room. Pretty usual stuff. Good hotel for the money. Clean.

We are often at this hotel. Hotel personal are very helpful and friendly all the time. And one of few hotels in Antwerp area, don’t charge parking and can travel with pet.

We are three of us (adult x 1, 2 kids) but not enough towels, sofa bed was not ready and pillows they did not provided until we complained. And bed legs are broken also.
I stayed this Novotel so many times but this one first time we got this bad quality.

Our family spent one night only in this Hotel but Novotel Antwerp fully met our expectations. Although the place itself was a little bit outdated, the bed was comfy and the room clean.
The highlight of our stay came the following morning when we received the Service from Driss, F&B attendant. His people skills, warm welcoming attitude and overall attention to details were exceptional.
Driss, one more time I take this opportunity to express gratitude of our family for making our day with Novotel unforgettable. You are the real asset to that place.
