Good price for safari Little bit expensive for motorcycles rent , and u need have to go from this accommodation but u format areound u sure . In this location scooter 4500 per day in arugum bay have 2500 for motor bike so its really big difference but in another ways its good cleaning and all . Nature

The room was not checked properly. The first one who took out his ears turned out to be dismantled and used. Secondly, the water was not 24 hours hot. The shower was not hot at night. Thirdly, there were no disposable toothbrushes and slippers in the room, which was not used until checkout. The price is reasonable, the hotel welcomes you warmly, but there are many tricks. If you don’t order water for dinner, your mouth will definitely dry up. And they are all charged in US dollars. There are many interlocking tricks. Maybe your expectations are too high at first.

Loved the way Roshan communicated to meet our needs … even for a one night stay. He organised our half day safari & we enjoyed a fabulous meal the night before … such a variety of dishes, all home cooked … yummy The place was amazing … very new & in excellent condition. They were not fully booked & so we were offered an upgrade. His niece, Nikki?, accompanied us on the safari at no extra cost … her knowledge of birds & other wildlife really enhanced our experience. She willingly shared her photos with us, along with her excellent spotting ability. Thanks to everyone who contributed in some way to a memorable weekend

The hotel has a unique design,  complete basic facilities, intimate service, air conditioning is turned on early before check-in Everything is perfect as it is newly renovated Staff friendly, already have a glass as soon as you come in, welcome juice, and frozen towels

A wonderful, comfortable place to stay. It is located in a really convenient place if you wish to walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and laundry services. The rooms/grounds/environment are very nice, sitting next to Habarana Lake and you will share the grounds with nature. The food was wonderful, especially the local Sri Lankan dishes. However, the best thing about this place is the staff - absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful and attentive.

Every interaction was warm, friendly, and delivered beyond expectations. The food was outstanding, with rich and flavourful bakery items and beautifully prepared curries that made each meal memorable. Our room allocation and room service were handled with elegance and care. The spacious bathroom, generous amenities, and the breathtaking view added a special touch that we will never forget. Loss property service is admirable. I got my valuable shirt back—honest and True Values at Service by the staff. The evening dinner with our family and friends was wonderfully arranged and thoughtfully catered—an experience we deeply cherished. To Sanath, Janitha, and the entire team: thank you for making our anniversary stay both memorable and heartfelt. A special appreciation also goes out to all service staff, security personnel, and support teams for their exceptional dedication. We are truly grateful and look forward to returning.

My booking was for 3 Double Deluxe King beds with lake views rooms, and I'm not happy because: The rooms I booked were not the ones I got it. They told me the pictures were wrong, but they are still on the website, so be sure you finally get the rooms you booked. Only 1 of the 3 rooms had lake views, the other 2 rooms were not lake views. TV didn't work in one of the rooms. All the 3 rooms need improvement. I attached the picture of the room it was supposed I got it, but I didn't. I contacted with reception desk 24 hours of arrival day asking for safari prices and they answered me one day after at 21 pm, so if you stay only for 1 or 2 days, this is a really late answer. So be sure when you book and paid for the Deluxe lake view room is the correct one. For other hand, the breakfast amd dinner menu are plenty od good and different choices of food.

Overall friendly service and helped us book tours to the temples. However, really bad WiFi in the rooms. Bedsheets weren’t that clean. Bathroom floor was kind of sticky at first, as if they cleaned it with sugar water. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast since it’s just white toast, an egg, one cherry tomato fried, and 4 sticks of French fries. The overall design of the hotel is very nice tho with a big tropical yard. For one or two nights it’s totally ok.

I recently stayed this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was also a nice touch—fresh and with a good variety. However, the only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was either very slow or not working at all during most of my stay, which was a bit frustrating since I needed to do some work online. I mentioned it to the front desk, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. If you don’t rely heavily on internet access during your stay, this place is a great choice. But for remote workers or those needing reliable connectivity, keep this in mind

Stop for one night in the economy room. It is clear that for such a price it is not worth expecting anything substantial, but the mattresses were straight very bad, just a piece of fine poron, which is instantly sold to the most boards and in fact lie almost on boards. But it was all expected for such a price, so in general approx. Beautiful territory with garden and tables with views on the rice field. What spoiled the impression: Breakfast! Ordered it extra because it did not go out in the cost of the housing, and I definitely don't recommend taking it in this place. This is not like a classic Lanca breakfast that is served in hotels of the same price category, and is twice as expensive as the same!
