Sri Lanka Habarana Cinnamon Villas, my friend accidentally popped up on "Nar.com" and ended up booking the wrong way. After many negotiations to cancel the order, it was unsuccessful. We had a fantastic stay at Cinnamon Lodge the rooms and grounds of the hotel are so tranquil just what we needed on this holiday as touring csn be so tiresome. We would like to give a special mention to Tyronne Coordy and all staff members who go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one.

I am 61 and I habe travelled the world. I think, this is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. The staff! The room! The property, the lush gardens, the butterflies! The animals- all friendly and in good shape, and well taken care of. But then, the ultimate experience: the abundance of fresh, tasty food...heaven! Thank you everybody, in particular Mr. gardener and Mr. chef. We will be back!

Nice lake side lodge resort. Kitchen was good. We even managed to find food for the no spicy eaters. Deserts were realy nice and the dining room is actualy a big open space next to the pool side place. The staff was realy helpfull and always there to assist you on every step.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Cinnamon Lodge. The rooms were excellent and only a short walk from the restaurant, where there was an excellent choice of both Sri Lankan and western cuisine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Chahdaha who looked after our room, and Kelum who helped with our luggage (hopefully the spelling is correct). One special feature worth mentioning is that when we were out exploring the area, Chahdaha came into our room and decorated our bed and table with leaves and flowers, spelling out “Good Luck”. It was very much appreciated. Our only regret was that because of the time that we spent travelling around the Habarana area, we were unable to take full advantage of the excellent facilities at the Cinnamon Lodge. We have no hesitation in recommending the Cinnamon Lodge to anyone travelling to this part of Sri Lanka to visit Sigiriya and the other spectacular sites in the area.
