The room was spacious and very clean. On the downside, the air conditioning had some issues. The toilet also splashed a bit when flushed. The breakfast restaurant was good, but the food selection was limited and rather average. The regular coffee machine was broken, with only an automatic espresso machine available, which was disappointing. The lack of pure fruit juice was another letdown. Convenient parking right at the entrance was a big plus.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is impeccable. From the incredibly friendly front desk staff during check-in to the prompt response of room service throughout my stay, every detail felt thoughtful and attentive. The room was tastefully decorated and cozy, with soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a wonderful night's sleep. The location also offers very convenient transportation. I've noticed the service experience improving with each stay, becoming increasingly thoughtful and attentive. On such a hot day, the iced lemon tea provided in the lobby was incredibly refreshing and truly hit the spot. The room, as always, was clean and comfortable.
