I had a wonderful solo stay here a year ago, which led me to specifically invite two friends to join me this time. However, we quickly realized the biggest problem was the disproportionate pricing compared to the food quality. For example, a 'free-range chicken' dish, costing 168 RMB, was served in a very small portion, and the chicken was incredibly tough. It was simply not good value for money! The three of us are from major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, so we're quite discerning diners. I even asked my friends to look at the photos and judge if that dish was truly worth 168 RMB. The fact that all three of us, as men traveling together, unanimously agreed on this assessment should highlight the severity of the issue. Additionally, when we wanted to make tea in the evening, the complimentary small bottled water (like Nongfu Spring) was insufficient. We were then told that the tap water was 'mountain spring water' and that we should just use that.

Facilities: Good. The suite was very spacious. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the handmade noodles. The complimentary Tieguanyin tea in the room was also a nice touch.
Cleanliness: Everything was well-maintained, fitting the natural and pristine mountain environment.
Environment: Absolutely fantastic! Just staying on the mountain and enjoying tea was incredibly relaxing.
Service: Highly personalized and thoughtful. As we were traveling with a child, we received special care and attention.

All aspects were great. We even got to experience unique activities like tea picking, hat painting, and fabric bag making. The food was delicious, and pre-ordering our meals worked seamlessly. The private dining rooms were excellent too. The environment was beautiful, with wonderfully fresh air, truly making you feel like you're among the clouds.

I usually don't leave such low ratings, but I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place for now. Not only is the journey along a long, winding mountain road, but the amenities are truly, truly awful – I mean, there's absolutely nothing there.
However, it was recently acquired by Yuquan Xinguan and is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades, so there might be potential for the future.
But for now, it's definitely not worth the price. I felt a bit awkward complaining, but Manager Lin from Yuquan Xinguan kindly helped us switch to a slightly better room. Otherwise, theoretically, if I had complained on Ctrip, I probably could have gotten a partial refund.

The mountain air was wonderfully fresh, and the farmhouse cuisine was excellent. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. Although it wasn't tea-picking season, there were still unique activities for the kids to enjoy. We got to experience painting straw hats, decorating umbrellas, and taking a tour of the tea-making process. Overall, we were very pleased!

The hotel is nestled on the Anxi Tieguanyin tea mountain, surrounded by the delicate aroma of tea. This season, we were also treated to the sight of delicate pink cherry blossoms. We took part in a tea-picking experience, and our guide gave us a fascinating insight into the Tieguanyin tea production process. Dinner was served right there on the mountain. The butler sent the menu in advance, allowing us to pre-order dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious. In the evening, we enjoyed brewing tea by the fireplace under the moonlight – it was wonderfully relaxing. I hope they can develop more interactive experiences for guests, to allow for deeper immersion and truly appreciate the beauty of tea culture.
