Considering the price I paid, this is way above my expectations. 10mins from the railway, disposable amenities provided, big TV, spacious washroom, easy control of lighting, nth more I should ask for with this price.

I used this accommodation because I had some business in Pyeongchon. I was able to stay for several nights, so I could leave my luggage there. It was very convenient, and I liked that there was parking.

The parking lot is relatively spacious. The facilities are decent for the price. There was no foul odor from the bathroom drain. I was able to watch Netflix. I left the windows open after cleaning, but due to the season, yellow dust and pollen from outside enter the room, making it noisy. So I had to personally wet the floor, table, and chairs.
