房間有灰塵，桌上一層灰，窗户打開太窄，通風不好，電視看不了，沒有會員，早餐樣式少，拖鞋紙質的太薄穿着不舒服，隔音差，衞生間排風扇效果差，洗完澡到第二天早上未乾，電梯有異響，檢測單未在電梯明顯處張貼，門口停車不方便，車位少，火車站站前廣場停車場車位緊張，火車站周邊小吃不好吃，需要點外賣，牙刷毛太硬，沐浴露和洗髮水不好用。如果住標間，兩個人都需要登記身份證才能有兩份早餐券。

網絡預訂的，房間較大，乾淨舒適，物品擺放整齊，網絡快，還含雙早餐。電梯電話空調均具備。不滿意的是：1.酒店説提供免費停車場，因我們是自駕遊，首先考慮停車，但到酒店後，樓前衹有五個車位都停滿了，問前台服務生説，沒有了也沒辦法，讓他幫忙想辦法，一句話直懟回我們＂沒辦法＂，我們衹好停在收費車場，酒店也不負責付款停車費。這與我們經歷的其他酒店比，顯得很不人性化。2. 花灑和水盆的水籠頭的水又細又小。3．臨街的房間隔音效果欠佳。
