總體來説不錯，位置非常便利，出門什麼都有，去景點也方便，也比較安靜，就是衞生需要加強一下，其他的都好

房子位置不錯，離各個景點都不遠。小區附近路邊免費停車，但是停車位不好找，需要碰運氣。周圍飯館多，吃飯方便。走幾百米就是沃爾瑪，購物方便。房間內不大，衞生方面比較乾淨，設施基本齊全，熱水很好。入住後沒有網和電視遙控器，房東很快讓保潔阿姨去買了新的路由器，聯繫網絡公司買了機頂盒遙控器，解決了問題。唯一不足就是廚房鍋具比較老舊不能用，衹能點餐。如果有個蒸鍋可以熱熱飯菜就更好了。總體來説推薦入住。

乾淨整潔，位置便利。距離陰虛遺址和文字博物館都不遠，打車很方便附近超市、葯店一應俱全。房東很收到，提前準備了很多旅遊攻略和入住指南及注意事項，特別清楚明瞭。特意品嚐了一下門口的灌湯包店，果然皮包湯多，比開封吃的味道要好～

這個房間實際上就是一家正常的83平米的商品房，客廳廚房衞生間和兩個卧室，所以很適合人較多的情況。旁邊300米有家沃爾瑪比較方便。
