City Comfort Inn Hotel (Anyang Railway Station)

This is the first time I see a hotel playing music in the corridor. First of all the door is not very soundproof. On the first night of my stay, I heard the faint sound of a music box. At first I thought it was from the next room, until I opened the door and found out it was playing in the corridor. I was tortured by the fragmented music for several hours, and the music stopped before 11 o'clock in the evening. The same thing happened the next night and the next.

The location of the hotel is OK, it is very close to the Yinxu Museum, the hygiene is also good, and the disposable paper cups are great But the front desk service attitude is average. When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room because I couldn't sleep well. The front desk said that the room they gave me was already inside. When I entered the room, I felt that the soundproofing was not good. I called and they said it was not good. The waiter said that there would be no traffic after 11pm. Then, I woke up three or four times during the night because of the whirring sounds of various motor vehicles. Since all the rooms of this type face the street, can't we change to one that doesn't face the street? It's really hard to describe. Also, the hotel's soundproofing is really poor. You can hear conversations and suitcases being dragged in the corridor. In short, it's very noisy.

The hotel's hygiene is very poor, the front desk staff's ability and level also need to be improved, and the hotel experience is very poor. As a chain hotel, this one is different from many other stores. The details in the room are not in place. I have no other intention in writing this bad review, I just hope to help the hotel improve. As a hotel chain, they should be able to do better.

這次是特地到安陽來看殷墟的，當初就是看上這間酒店的位置交通非常方便才訂的，果然不負所望，酒店大門的正對面就是公交車總站，離安陽火車站也非常近。 房間裏設備維持的不錯，在一個到處都有人抽煙的城市裡，房間裏居然沒啥煙味，大讚。

總體感覺還是不錯的，挺好的，距離火車站大概步行5分鐘的樣子，服務很熱情，也早餐價格也不是很貴，空調和暖氣都有暖氣燒得很熱，總體的服務還是不錯的，周邊有不少吃飯的店推薦一下

設施：非常齊全，衞生間的熱水非常大，衞生好，環境好，睡覺的忱頭非常舒適，服務員的態度好，見面就打召喚，前台的服務員服務態度好，熱情，是一次非常好住宿，房間地熱非常熱，不用開空調，
