The hotel receptionist was friendly and nice as we checkin very early in the morning. Luckily they have someone to assist us during checkin. Drinks and snacks were provided as complimentary at the lobby area. The hotel is very near to food, spa and shopping area. Just right opposite tai koo li area. They even gave us a canvas bag with panda design on our check out day as a souvenir. Delivered my Taobao parcel and they helped to collect for me and assist me the location to collect them from the storage cupboard available nearby the hotel.

Highly recommended hotel in Cheng Du. Cleaned and friendly receptionists.

This is a classic hotel with a lovely ambiance and immaculately clean facilities, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. Upon check-in, the front desk staff kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade and welcome fruits. Later, when we returned late, our late-night snack was even delivered by a robot. The hotel also features several excellent restaurants; if you don't feel like dining out, they offer convenient single and double set menus.

My flight arrived late at night, but getting a taxi to the hotel was very convenient. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. I absolutely loved the hotel's adorable panda-themed merchandise! She even opened the display cabinet and patiently let me browse and choose. I ended up buying a panda fan and a super cute panda plushie! The breakfast dining area had a delightful ambiance, and the chicken offal noodles were truly delicious 😋. I highly recommend anyone not in a rush to enjoy breakfast here, as you can even ask the chef to customize the flavor to your preference!

As expected of a chain hotel, it's very reliable, and the facilities and environment feel quite new. We stayed for four days with our two children. Firstly, the location is superb. It's incredibly convenient for dining out, catching high-speed trains, direct buses, and using the subway. The Sichuan Opera House is right next door, and Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square are just 10 minutes away. Then, concerning the hotel's environment, the beds and bathrooms were spotless. The bathroom even had a place to dry clothes. The housekeeping staff were diligent and very friendly. We requested daily changes for the bed linens and duvet covers at the front desk, and they happily obliged. The hotel's front desk staff were also excellent and very welcoming; when we arrived after 11 PM, they even kindly sent up extra bottles of water and some fruit. Overall, our stay here made our Chengdu trip very comfortable and relaxing.

For those traveling by car like us, the hotel parking was a big plus – convenient, free, and with unlimited in-and-out access. Its location is fantastic – right next to a subway station, and conveniently close to several attractions, though we didn't actually use the subway. Finding a suitable hotel room for families with children, especially twins, can be really difficult. However, the twin beds here were 1.5 meters wide, which is incredibly accommodating for families traveling with kids. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking, but the hotel has an executive lounge, and we were told during check-in that we could have breakfast there. The executive lounge offered a lavish spread for breakfast, including congee, a noodle station, bread, pastries, juice, yogurt, milk, coffee, fresh fruit, and various small side dishes. What truly impressed us was the sheer size of the room – it was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. You rarely find such generously sized rooms in hotels nowadays. The toiletries were all L'Occitane. Just as we were about to check out, we remembered the local traffic restrictions for cars. We explained the situation to the front desk, and they very kindly extended our check-out time. We didn't move our car until 8 PM, and there were no additional charges. I'd give this hotel a perfect score!

The room is very good, all the equipment is very new, the whole is very clean, and the room is large and very convenient for two people to move around. I like the small refrigerator. It was quite hot during the days I went there, so I put some ice water in it before going out and came back to drink. The bathroom is completely separated into wet and dry areas, and it is also a smart toilet. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the fried pork with peppers, hahahaha. When washing clothes, I also found a place for children to play, which is very considerate~ The panda doll in the room is super cute with a small orange on its head. The smart voice assistant in the room is also very responsive. In short, it is very good, and it is very outstanding among the hotels of the same price that I have stayed in. Finally, I would like to praise the front desk lady. She is beautiful and has good service. Every time I call to ask for something, she answers me attentively~

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the Chunxi Rd metro, which is a central, lively location in Chengdu. The room was spacious, but aged and smelled of mold, which triggered my allergies. The air con was weak and noisy. Breakfast buffet was average for China, but I do appreciate the extra lunch buffet in the lobby for a reasonable price.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Advantages: The bedding is very comfortable and there is a memory pillow. The bathroom has a rain shower, which is more safe to use. The kettle for boiling water is very clean and the room is fast and stable. Disadvantages: The whole hotel has an old elevator, every time it starts and runs, it will sound like a drum. The first night I arranged for my room opposite the elevator. I couldn't sleep all night. I was like the old lady who waited for the boots upstairs all night. Although I changed the room the next day, there was the same sound, and I could sleep better with my earplugs. There is also an aspect that affects sleep. The fire sensor in the middle of the roof flashes red from time to time, which is very dazzling in the dark room. At first I thought it was the brightness of the TV standby, but later I found out that it was the ”flash” on the top. Fortunately, I brought my own blindfold to avoid this problem. This hotel has many sockets but no USB interface, and the smell of smoke in the room is so heavy. Fortunately, I want a room with a window. It is also a long time to open the window and open the door for ventilation. Then the room with a window is facing the room of the holiday hotel. People on the opposite floor can see it, and it is embarrassing. The hotel staff are very good, polite and welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at the Guoyan Hotel!

The scenery is beautiful, the people are friendly, and the front desk check-in and check-out were quick. Weiwei showed me to my room at Qiushi Building. Xiao Song also checked me in and out quickly. Breakfast is served buffet style, with everything from milk, bread, rice flour, porridge, buns, and fried dough sticks (especially the freshly made mixed bean paste). Soaking in the hot springs is refreshing, and there are free moxibustion treatments. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mineral water is replenished daily. In the teahouse, you can enjoy tea, play cards, and read. Chinese food is served a la carte on the second floor, offering delicious Sichuan cuisine with one-stop service. The hotel has car charging stations and free parking. Convenient transportation, close to scenic spots, and reasonable prices.

I had no idea there was such a great hotel in Anyue. Surprisingly, aside from the slightly smaller rooms, everything was up to five-star standards, and the price was incredibly affordable—a fantastic value! The front desk manager, or supervisor, was incredibly nice and pleasant. She understood our needs and price range, suggesting we book a room without breakfast on Ctrip, but then gave us breakfast as a bonus. She also told us about the nearby Grottoes Digital Center. That evening, we enjoyed the hotel's buffet dinner, which cost 98 yuan per person and included a wide selection of hot, cold, fruit, and pastries, including three flavors of crayfish. Breakfast included both Chinese and Western options, and my husband and I were both very satisfied. Breakfast was open until 10 a.m., a real bonus for those who love to sleep in! Because it was too hot, we didn't end up seeing the stone carvings, and instead just enjoyed tea and a lie-in at the hotel. I'll definitely be back to see the carvings in the fall when it cools down, and I'll definitely stay at the Jinjiang again!
