I like the Aomori Art pieces decoration at the lobby as well as outside at the corridor of the rooms. Very comfortable. Spacious too. Breakfast selections are great too

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk away from the pier. Hotel front desk is very helpful. Enjoyed the morning walk from the hotel.

The room is pretty small, however, pretty cozy. The hotel is nearby to the shopping district and easy to access. The most important thing is that the guest relations were very helpful to sort out our transportation.

Its a bit far from the station, around 15 mins walk. And you must reserve table for dinner otherwise hard to find places to eat around.

The hotel is a bit far away from Aomori station especially during the snowing weather. But still it is acceptable. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff can speak English well. The hotel is located near many small restaurant so it is convenient even amid of heavy snow.
