"I had a nice stay at Richmond Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making for a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which offered both a separate shower area and a bathtub, giving guests the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. Another aspect I appreciated was the hotel's assistance in arranging for our luggage to be transferred to our next hotel in Tokyo. The process was seamless and hassle-free, allowing us to travel more comfortably without having to carry our large suitcases. I especially love this luggage forwarding service, which is widely available throughout Japan and makes travelling between cities much more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again."

"Stayed here with my son and his wife. The log house style hotel, from the entrance to the lobby to the restaurant, may not be large, but it has a dignified feel, and there are plenty of photo spots. It was supposed to be full that day (Saturday), but it was extremely quiet, giving the impression that there were a lot of people. The room (standard twin) is spacious and has sufficient furniture and equipment. (Early morning) The view of the morning mist through the window is an art. For dinner, we enjoyed a refreshing French meal that used less sauce to bring out the flavors of the ingredients, and we thoroughly enjoyed the ingredients from Aomori. Drink service is a bit slow, but as soon as you look up you can see the staff, so it's not an inconvenience. Also, the white bread and (hard) croissants for breakfast are the best. The quality of the hot springs is different from Sukayu Onsen (which is free for hotel guests, so you should definitely go), but it's stimulating enough (my face was stinging). The cypress-made bathroom wasn't very large, but it didn't feel crowded and I was able to relax. The staff's response was modest but professional, and when I returned from going out, I was handed my room keys (for 2 rooms) before I even got to the front desk, and for the first time in a while I felt like we were having ``tacit communication.'' I did. Overall, it is a comfortable resort hotel where you can relax even though there is no customary hospitality."
