XXTyaEvery time I come to Chengdu for business, I stay here. I've always booked here and have even given them positive reviews twice! 😄 A huge plus of booking through Ctrip is the convenience of being able to extend my stay in the same room. All the hotel facilities are very new, and the cleanliness is consistently excellent. As I'm quite particular about hotels, this place has become my top choice every time I visit Chengdu for business. They are also quick to respond and proactive in resolving any issues. This time, I was even upgraded to a one-bedroom suite with a view. I hope they continue to maintain their current high standard of service and cleanliness. I'd especially like to commend the housekeeping staff; they are very polite, friendly, and incredibly thorough.

VVaireenHad a really good stay here. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and the room was comfortable with a nice view.
They have room service which was quick and convenient. Staff were friendly and some could speak English, which made things easier for me as a foreign guest.
Overall, no problems at all during my stay — just a nice, clean, and comfortable hotel experience. Would definitely recommend.

SSivapreeyalI had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Chengdu. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, making it perfect for both families and groups of friends. It offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city, so it was easy to find. It's also just about 2 kilometers away from IFS, which is a great shopping area. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chengdu!

GGuest UserThe building just about 200m from People's Park Metro station and opposite the road of KuanZhai Alley. Plenty of eateries nearby. Reception is at 26 level. Check in very convenient & the room is keyless security. The unit has 2 rooms, 1 washroom and kitchen. Bed is comfortable, both king size. Both bed rooms have projector, but only can watch old movies for free. Moderate size of fridge can store drinks and food. Kitchen cannot cook, no utensils. Toilet & bathroom kinda limited space to move about, movement have to quite polite. Hahahaas. Corridor a bit dark, the light sensor not too sensitive. Recommended to stay here again. Thanks for accepting international tourists.

RRozie.RayaMy daughter and I stayed at this hotel for six days, and we absolutely loved it!
The location was perfect for our family trip, just a two-stop train ride from the East Train Station, making it incredibly convenient. The Dangao Road subway station is also within easy walking distance so we were able to visit most of the city’s sights and landmarks just by using the metro. The area around the hotel has a vibrant nightlife , which was a great bonus.
Another highlight was the exceptionally kind and helpful host. She was always available, warm, and welcoming, ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her support made everything quick and hassle-free.
When I booked the room, I stressed how important cleanliness was to me, and she assured me it would be spotless, which it truly was! The room had all the necessary appliances, making our six-day stay comfortable and convenient.
Thank you so much for the outstanding service and hospitality. We hope to stay here again in the future!

MMOLALINThe room is very good. The ground floor has a bathroom and living room, and the second floor has a bedroom. There's also a washing machine in the room.
I really like this place. It's near shopping malls/supermarkets/restaurants/bars (highly recommended, lots of bars and cultural spots), and only 2-3 kilometers from IFS and Taiguli. You can take the MRT right in front of the hotel.

AAlan76The location and room size is very good. Service from the receptionist was generally good. You get a text on WeiXin (WeChat) about local food eateries and attractions nearby, WiFi info and cleaning service, but note, do not expect a hotel 24 hr service.
I was not sure about the air con if it was working or not, and only found out how to operate on the day of leaving, so advise if you are unsure to contact the receptionist and they will guide you.
Note, this is a budget apartment booking and the receptionist may be away on a short break so you do need to have a bit of patience to allow them to return, but if you have weChat, they do respond and let you know.
The room we had has seen much better days particularly the shower room. The shower door doesn't close fully so beware not to spray water towards the door.
There was a Samsung washing machine which did turn on, (we did not use it). There was a drying rack for clothes as well. Overall it was a functional budget apartment for a short stay if you need to accommodate 3 to 4 people.

GGuest UserWell located near Chengdu East Railway station. Local food and shopping nearby. Major shopping 25-30 minutes by taxi around 30yuan each way. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. Only downside is the location to Tianfu International Airport about 50km 200yuan taxi fare.

AAnonymous UserLarge hotel room, good value for the money. Even has kitchen with working fridge and washing machine, however the stove top did not appear to turn on. Quiet and clean space with good views looking outside the windows. TV remote was broken and did not work to change channels though. Comfortable large queen-sized bed with warm sheets. Large closet to store clothing. Separate shower and toilet, which is nice to see in China. Enough space to do home workouts, which is great considering some other hotels in China do not provide as much space for this price. Location is good in downtown Chengdu, however finding the hotel at first was not easy since the entrance was located behind a car gate near a parking lot, and not facing the street. The check-in and check-out office is on the 13th floor to the right of the elevators in the hallway. Overall, I could see myself booking this hotel again if there are few better options for the money.
