DDavid Loo CWArrived by railway from Zhuhai on a raining day, had to take a taxi to this hotel, driver have a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel as it was well hidden and lots of cars parked by to road leading to the hotel main entrance.
Metro is about 15-20 minutes walk from hotel. Location is good, nice fruit shop downstairs and some food easily available nearby. Famous garden is just a short walk round the corner. Takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Pedestrian food street and famous food street Jin Bang.
Room is an apartment with nice bed and bathroom. Water pressure and hot water is good. Washing machine is in the balcony, can dry the cloths after washing, detergent is provided.
TV is also big and air cond is very cold and quiet.
Just need to remember, check in is on the 18th floor, lady working there is super efficient and will add you on WeChat, anything just send her a message and she will help you as soon as possible. Was very efficient during my stay.
Had a trouble with the microwave but was solved immediately the next day, housekeeping is upon request.
Was lucky to have a smoke free room.
Room condition is not new but is average looking without any bad smell or damages, I would rate is good and clean.
Highly recommended for stay with family.
Only little issue is the lift can be very busy and have to wait for quite long during the morning peak hour.
Building looks old but once you go in the apartment it is comfortable and cozy.
Maybe I was lucky to get a nice and clean unit.

JJ.KanokkarnWe stay 2 nights. Hotel is located quite far from city center. Reception cannot speak English but you can use Google Translate APP. The cleanliness was pretty bad, wet floor in toilet and smell bad when we checked in. When we back from outside around 2.30pm., room was not yet clean. Have to tell reception. This apartment is pets allowed. People smoke in the building even it has a sign No Smoking. My opposite room smoking in the room and open the door, my husband got allergic and can’t breathe. I asked reception to change the room, she’s willing to help and change us to another room on the same level. New room was fine but unluckily there are both rooms before and next to us smoking and open the door and very noisy. Very bad experience. I would not be back this hotel again ever.

MM359954****I'm a frequent guest here. The front desk staff are incredibly responsive and always thoughtful and attentive. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient, just a 3-4 minute walk from the subway station. There are shops and convenience stores right downstairs, and I can even grab a late-night snack on my way back to the apartment. What's more, the price is very reasonable, offering excellent value for money!

The environment is very hygienic, and there are aunties cleaning regularly every day. The hotel service is very good and hospitable. As long as the customers have needs, they will try their best to meet them. The hotel air conditioning is cool, the washing machine is also very good, and there are necessary items such as hair dryers and water heaters. Recommended!

BBeibaoyou youtianxiaThe location of the apartment is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Pujun North Road Station. There are things to eat and play downstairs. The room equipment is a bit lacking, the faucet sprays water, the hair dryer is broken, and there is warm air and cold air. There was no screen door in the bathroom and the entire toilet was wet after taking a shower. The door and floor were damaged.

AAnonymous UserI particularly like staying here. Although it's not very busy, the transportation is convenient. The subway is also very close, about a few hundred meters away. The most important thing is that it is very hygienic, safe and cost-effective. Although there is an access control that you have to press every time, and there are security guards on duty, it feels quite safe and not too complicated. So there’s still next time!
