The apartment is freshly painted in white with brown tiled floor and consists of a room with kitchenette, toilet and large terrace. The apartment also has a private parking space. The toilet has a shower and sink. The kitchen has good cooking facilities with two hobs, microwave, coffee maker and sink. There is plenty of porcelain and there is usually also some basic goods in the pantry, such as spices, tea, pasta and rice. The water from the tap is also excellent for drinking. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people and access to an unlockable extra mattress, for two people, with associated electric pump.
