Sibenik Apartments

"The apartment location was good, and itself was fine however trip.com did not send us the check in instructions prior to check in causing some confusion. This caused some complications with the key for separate apartments and for other guests that were checking into this apartment. This platform needs to do better in informing its guests on how to check into properly at an earlier day and time (not day of). It should be noted that the key once removed from the door automatically locks itself. People should be mindful or else they could lock themselves out. Thankfully the owner was nice enough to reach out to us and we were able to clear all complications."
