Our huge 825 square-foot guest suite comes equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a couch which converts into one additional bed if requested ($15 fee), an office area, small table with two chairs, lounge area, and a huge bathroom with a shower and a separate jet soaking tub. There is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. There is no access to a kitchen. There is a huge front porch with the seating which is the perfect area to watch our beautiful sunsets or to listen to the birds while you sip on your morning coffee. We are located just outside town and the view is of agricultural land. We are within a minutes drive to Freeway 99 access, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Only 5 minutes from the San Joaquin River and The Island Water Park, 15 minutes to the Fresno Zoo (it’s really awesome), 30 minutes to Millerton Lake, 1 hour to Shaver Lake, 1.5 hours to China Peak/Huntington Lake, 1 hour drive to Yosemite entrance.
