Walking distance from town, museums shopping and restaurants. Good viewing for birds, sea lions and the occasional Killer Whale Pod that cruises by. Lovely sunrises over the Ocean, but remember this is the land of the midnight sun! Bring sleep mask if overly light sensitive. Recommended to bring warm clothes even in summer. Lightweight rain gear is a good thing to include in your pack.Please note: we are no longer a B&B and do not provide food service. Kodiak no longer has cable TV only streaming.Children are welcome. Our home is on a park strip that offers plenty of room for kids to run and play. Within walking distance of public pool, High School and the bridge to Near Island.
