Guests will enjoy complete privacy, from the dedicated driveway and private entrance, to the fully fenced yard. Your comfort and happiness has been carefully considered with every detail. The decor is stylish and calming. The beds will make you feel like you’re sleeping in the clouds. Various lighting options are included in every space. The leather sectional includes a chaise and four recliners, so every seat is the best seat in the house. The playhouse under the stairs is a hit with kids and parents alike. You’ll love cuddling into the giant memory foam beanbag chair to read a good book or watch a movie on the 55” tv. And if you must work, you’ll find a dedicated workspace, also. If you’re a cook, this kitchen is set up for your culinary enjoyment. The granite countertops and deep single bowl sink make prep work so pleasant. We’ve also included a fabulous coffee station and many small appliances, such as an electric skillet, slow cooker, and even an InstantPot! And if you’re not interested in cooking, we’ve included a list of all the best places to eat nearby. 50 mins from SLC airport, and 15 min to Downtown Ogden, you’ll never run out of things to do. Closest ski resort is only 16 mins from our door! If you’re into mountain trails, there are dozens to choose from - the closest is literally 2 blocks away!We know you’ll have a blast with whatever activities you decide to pursue. There is a little Mexican market within walking distance, just in case you need anything during your stay. It has a history of being a boutique, a hardware store, and a beloved toy shop but has now been renovated into a modern, yet original living space. The original brick and beams have been preserved in order to keep its historic charm but it has also been updated enough to provide a modern and cozy stay. Welcome to the Loft on Historic 25th. Located on the 2nd floor of an historic building complete with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The location can't be beat with several restaurants, shops, and coffee spots all within walking distance. 30 minutes from world class ski resorts and just a short drive from many hiking trails.Overlooking historic 25th street, the main living area has large windows, hardwood floors and a great modern kitchen. Relax and enjoy a drink on the large Restoration Hardware leather couches. The primary bedroom is roomy, with a king bed, smart TV, and exterior windows for natural lighting. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV as well. There is a full laundry room, a nice bathroom with a tub shower combo, and an additional half bath. Relax on the glass enclosed back patio with views of Ben Lomond. Our basement apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a couch in the living room that will convert to a futon bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a washer and dryer in one of the closets. The spare bedroom has a full bed. The futon bed is a twin size when laid down.The bathroom has all of the essentials including towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some toiletries and feminine products. The body wash is a baby shampoo/body wash so it is tear-free and safe for kids and babies to use as well as adults.There is a full-size kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, blender, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils, toaster, and more! If there is something you need and aren’t sure if we have, just ask! We might have it or could get it for you. Please keep in mind that there is a family with young kids that stay in the upstairs portion of the house. Rarely, if ever, do they make noise during the night but they may be noisy during the day. This adorable basement apartment offers everything you need for a terrific stay. All of the windows are above ground so it is nice and bright. The bedrooms feature a comfortable high-up queen bed, a luxurious low king bed, and even a pack-n'play crib for our littlest guests, and a twin inflatable mattress. Equipped with WiFi, iron and ironing board, heating, AC, hair dryer, and a washer and dryer, you'll have all the conveniences of home. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.We are close by 3 different ski resorts which makes us a great home base for skiiers, as well as Willard Bay and Pineview Reservoir to have fun in the water in the summer. Just 50 minutes north of the SLC airport, and 40 minutes to Lagoon Amusement Park.North Ogden is a wonderful City with a bunch to offer! Lots of parks, trails and hikes, restaurants and grocery stores. We have salons, gas stations, car washes, and emergency clinics all close by! We also have the RUSH Funplex, Northshore Aquatic Center and Walker Cinemas Movie Theatre.
