Everything about this house was amazing. It was close to many restaurants and activities for the kids. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The host is so attentive he even has a basket of sample size toiletries in case you forgot something. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you need to cook dinners at home. The back yard is so serene and right next door to the community pool. During our stay, the lock had stopped working and the owner came over right away with a key for us to use for the duration of our stay. Beds were comfortable. Linens were like new! Definitely staying here again.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation as our home away from home. Husband and I came up from Florida to visit with our son who lives in an apartment nearby. There were 5 of us total including son's girlfriend and her 4 year old. We enjoyed the spaciousness, the backyard, the community pool, and use of the kitchen for small meals. The host provided towels for the pool and there were also games to play in the backyard. The location in Apex was convenient to grocery, shops and downtown where we visited the farmer's market on Saturday. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving visit
We were in town to visit our son in Raleigh including our two small dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to host thanksgiving dinner. The yard was perfect for the dogs as well. So many interesting things to look at in the house too!

Baseball Weekend
My family stayed at Fabian’s home for my son’s baseball tournament at Thomas Brook’s Field. It was only a 10 minute drive, super quick and easy. Fabian’s home felt like our home while we were there. Super cozy and clean, it was perfect!
Not only was the home amazing but Fabian was a great host and also responded super quickly to any messages. Seems like a great man!
I can’t recommend this place enough! My family would definitely stay here again.
