Very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus to the passenger terminal in seven or eight minutes, suitable for early flights, the air conditioning noise in the room is a bit loud, others are satisfied.

The room was large, with good facilities, but a little old. We called the hotel for a shuttle after leaving the Monterrey Airport, and they quickly arranged a large car for us that could hold more luggage. The service and value for money were really good.

Hotel location close to the international airport 15 min by car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and comfortable. 👍👍
But, you can't open the window in the room. That means there's never any fresh air, which is very noticeable＞＞ a big minus 👎

Hampton by Hilton is very close to the airport and there is an airport shuttle bus to and from. Room facilities are relatively old. Breakfast is OK. There are several restaurants next to it. One tastes very good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, because the last hotel was so bad;
Service: When we needed hot water, the waiter provided it immediately, and it was very convenient to store our luggage
Hygiene: It was still a problem with the carpet, it felt like it hadn't been washed for a long time
Facilities: The exterior of the hotel was brightly colored, which made me feel good, and there were safety doors separating the floors inside

The Gym room has sunlight, so bright and comfortable
There is a small swimming pool, there is a place to bask in the sun, there are several large round tables that can be used as outdoor office
The room is big enough, the only thing is not bright enough
The restaurant food is delicious
The hotel is about 15 years old and the maintenance is not wrong. It is a wrong choice.

This hotel is the best for more than ten days on a business trip, especially the breakfast is very rich, the hotel front desk, service staff are warm and thoughtful, now waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport at 1 pm, ready to write the hotel's praise. The hotel is very new, very close to the airport, travel recommended!

GGuest UserAlthough the room was not large, it was comfortable, the air conditioning unit seemed new and worked very well. We asked for another pillow and an additional blanket and staff came to deliver it to the room. Plenty of hot water for the shower, however no washcloths but I believe it is not the Mexican custom to use them.
I have to mention that the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a 2 star hotel. Fresh juices (2 choices), yogurt (choice of 2 flavors) with an assortment of nuts, granola, grains and good coffee. As for hot food, there were 4 choices, including scrambled eggs with sausages, hot vegetables, among others. Various types of cereals with milk and an assortment of 'dulces', like biscuits worthy of a pastry to top it all off.
The staff is very nice and we had a free shuttle bus to take us to the airport on the morning of our departure. Really cool.
