Apollo Apartments

Honestly great, didn't mind the food. Super friendly workers and really enjoyed the view from the hotel. Close to a few restaurants, the construction nearby was a bit of an eye sore though. It was mostly all clean in the dining area, my room, and the pool. Didn't get a chance to say it, but that co manager that worked at the bar most of the time was handsome as hell.

What a lovely little hotel nice quiet area not to far from the beach . The barman Marko is an absolute diamond. And the vanilla bar on the beach is banging. Will definitely be going back next year. What a little gem

We went as a very large and stayed that the hotels Apartments, a short walk from the main hotel. The apartments were always clean and had no problem with air con following the guidance on how it works. The staff at the hotel are so welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed going to local area and neighbouring towns. A great a service from all of the staff we came into contact with, and trips to vanilla beach by hotel transfer/shuttle. I wouldn't hesitate to go recommend and all of our family are saying the same. I'm sure we will visit again!

Sadly my holiday didn't get off to a good start as I arrived at 10pm, the restaurant was closed and I wasn't even offered water. The next day I was told pool towels were only available in summer. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the pool area is lovely. Being on my own I would have hope the staff would be more friendly. The hotel is a short bus ride from Georgioupolis itself which is lovely. The food was disappointing, often cold. I love Crete but I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel. I know it's getting towards the end of season but the area itself is very quiet. The weather though was great, sunny and pleasant.

Lovley clean place owers are so helpful pools are excellent cleaners everyday very quite but lovley yes i would go back taxi are cheap and fast to get if your looking for a relaxing hoilday this is the place to go x

We have spent a very lovely time in hotel Apollo. Staff was always very kind and professional. Nothing was ever a problem, they had always found a solution, and went beyond the standard in effort to make us feel comportable. Hotel’s shuttle bus was always on time and the beach is very nice. We have also appreciated a lovely Vanilla bar on a beach.

Want to thank everyone at apollo for making the last 10 nights unforgettable. Room was always clean and tody with regular sheet and towel changes throughout the day. The staff from the hotel receptionists to the chef and cleaners were all amazing. Food was very good and always a wide selection to cater for all. If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing holiday then this is the place for you

Fantastic Hotel !!! Nikos, Christos, Markos and Jannis thank you for making our first visit to Crete a very memorable one. In regards to the rooms we stayed in Apollo 3 (Apartments) that where a short walk away from the main hotel complex, the apartment was clean and very well looked after, we were also told we could use the pool at the neighbouring hotel if we didn't want to walk down to the Apollo pool. I've read mixed reviews about the food, I'm going to say i enjoyed everything, and is what I expected from Greek cuisine, if your expecting chicken nuggets and burgers this is not the place for you, however if you want lots of local salads and meats its fantastic. However one of the best reason, why in the future I will be booking to come again was the people who stayed in the hotel, we were the only English family and it was great speaking to other people from different countries. If you like the hustle and bustle of benidorm, this place is not for you, if you want a nice and quiet family holiday you cant get much better. Last thing, thank you once again Nikos & Christos for making our holiday fantastic

We had a lovely holiday due too the location of the hotel, the beach is not far and there is plenty of shops near by including a super market which was useful. Bus stops also near by and easy to get to the beautiful towns located around the area. The hotel on the other hand … we did enjoy the modern pool and bar area and my daughter loved the play area. The room was basic, shower that flooded the hole bathroom, no mugs in room to make tea or coffee just a kettle, air con that did not work, tv in the room but no English Chanel’s. Some of the staff where friendly and welcoming, it would of been nice to have been greeted with a bottle of water for the room as we arrived really late and had no access to shops and the bar was closed. When we booked we expected ALL! Inclusive when really it’s some inclusive only certain drinks are aloud and are the cheapest possible, you have to pay for ice cream, cocktails, coffees any drink that doesn’t taste cheap. Guests who are self catering seem to receive a better service and are provided with better quality drinks, you treat as though your not paying for the drinks with all inclusive when we have in fact just prepaid. You have to pay for the snack bar, all inclusive drinks stop at 10pm. The food was disgraceful, the worst all inclusive I’ve stayed at, breakfast is mainly ham and cheese, bread and tinned!! Fruit, lunch and dinner where both as bad as each other mainly pasta served at both sittings, pasta tasted old and reused, some other form of meat dish was served along side and usually looked unappetizing, salad was often reused every night as each day you could see it getting more brown. The fruit normally melon was the same it was not fresh and you could tell it had been there days. Myself and my partner found ourselves having to go out and pay for meals rather than eat in the hotel as it was just so bad, no food or drink options for children even though is listed as a family hotel. I would visit the location again but would be giving the hotel a miss as the food really lets it down, other guests I spoke to in the hotel had the same issue so it seems it’s not the sort of place you revisit unless you enjoy poor quality food.
