Best experience in whole Crete. Perfect stay with perfect crew team. Every detail is important for the manager. Best child activities and good shows for the adults. The place is very clean and comfortable thank you very much for that we will be back soon

We have just returned from the best holiday at this hotel. We traveled as a family of 4. Two adults & two children aged 10 & 12. The hotel was everything we hoped it would be, it’s huge so even in Aug it never felt crowded. We’re not early birds so never get to the pool before 11am but it was never an issue to get a sun bed, even the lovely beds which extend out over the pool. We had an 2 bedroom apartment with a shared pool. The apartment was massive! The shared pool was so much fun as we got to know our neighbours and our children played together in the pool long after the main pools had closed for the day. The children’s pool in the resort with the water slides was also a big hit. We did premium all inclusive package which worked well for us, also the hotel is not close to any other tavernas or restaurants so you are quite limited on other options. The food at the resort was ok, nothing to really shout about but it was definitely a better standard than other all inclusive I have done & my children loved it. The on site restaurants are ok & a nice break from the buffet but the standard of food is very average. Evening entertainment is awful but then again this type of thing isn’t really my cup of tea, it would have been nice for the other bars to have more atmosphere to give other options after dinner. We went to the rooftop bar and the beach bar to avoid the entertainment but they felt quite empty and lacking in atmosphere. Overall though this is an excellent hotel which I would definitely return to. It’s spotlessly clean and all staff were so friendly.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, THE STAFF AMAZING. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE TO FAULT. IT'S ONE OF THE BEST, FRIENDLIEST RESORTS WE'VE EVER BEEN TO IN OUR MANY YEARS OF TRAVEL. IT'S VERY WELL SITUATED BEING A VERY SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH VIA A TUNNEL UNDER THE ROAD ADJACENT TO THE HOTEL. THERE'S MANY WATER SPORT ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE AT A SMALL EXTRA COST, ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH BAR & RESTAURANT ARE EVERY BIT AS GOOD AS THE MAIN RESTAURANTS ON THE RESORT ITSELF. THER IS AN ITALIAN, ASIAN/CHINESE AND AN EVERYDAY BUFFET STYLE RESTAUANT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER. ALL THE SERVING STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. THE BEACH RESTAURANT SPECIALISES IN FISH DISHES IN THE EVENING. THERE IS ALSO A RESTAURANT AT THE CHILDRENS POOL & PLAY AREA, SERVING QUICK MEALS FOR BUSY FAMILIES. WE DIDN'T USE THIS RESTAURANT AS WE HAVE NO CHILDREN, ALTHOUGH WE COULD HAVE UTILISED IT SHOULD WE HAVE WANTED. THE PLAYPARK & POOL LOOKED REALLY GOOD WITH LOTS OF FUN THINGS TO KEEP THE LITTLE ONES OCCUPIED. THERE ARE CASH MACHINES IN THE LOBBY AND ALSO A COFFEE/ ALCOHOL BAR NEAR TO THE RECEPTION. THE POOL AREA IS FAIRLY SMALL BUT DOES HAVE SEVERAL POOLS & PLENTY OF BEDS, LOUNGERS & SEVERAL CABANAAS THAT CAN BE TOTALLY ENCLOSED IF IT'S TOO HOT. THERES A SMALL ON SITE SHOP THAT SELLS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING YOU NEED AS EXTRAS/GIFTS TO TAKE HOME. WE CHOSE HALF BOARDFOR THE HOLIDAY BUT FOUND WE COULD CHOOSE DAYS WHERE WE COULD OPT TO PAY FOR ALL INCLUSIVE ON DAYS WHEN WE DIDN'T GO ON ANY TOURS, SO DIDN'T MISS OUT ON THE ALL INCLUSIVE MENUS FOR TOSE DAYS. THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW RESORTS I WOULD CONCIDER RETURNING TO, ALTHOUGH, WITH SO MANY DIFFERENT PLACES TO VISIT IN THE WORLD, THIS SADLY MAY NOT HAPPEN. I RATED THE HOTEL/RESORT A FIVE STAR RESORT AND I BELEIVE IT'S TRULY WORTHY OF THIS ACCOLADE.

We stayed for a week, all inclusive, weather was great. Spent most of our time by the adult pool which was quite and relaxing. Visited the water slides which was great fun. The Buffett was the best we had experienced, including our Caribbean experience. Superb choices, so much so although we booked the themed restaurant we cancelled 1 night to eat at the buffet. I can’t speak highly of the female that made homemade ice cream. Great to be able to have a bottle of wine using the all inclusive option, rather than by the glass. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and spacious. Would I stay there again, well yes, booked in for June with a friend 😊

The hotel was immaculate. The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay glorious. Food was delicious.Rooms were well kept. Cleaning staff were very helpful. The hire car people were very friendly and helpful. This is a hotel we would recommend to anyone and go back to ourselves.

The hotel is approximately 40 minutes by taxi from Chania Airport and is set just back from a stunning beach. All the staff, whether they be reception, buggy drivers or cleaners are all delightful and smiling. There are several pools, the main one which is outside reception is a real ‘Instagram’ picture heaven. At the top of the hill is a children water park with a separate adult pool. This area also includes an outdoor workout area. To get to the beach you can either use a courtesy buggy or walk down and under the road via a private mini road, it’s quite short either way. The beach is expansive with golden sand and the hotels own sun beds, with mattresses on. There are four ‘A la carte’ restaurants plus the main buffet one, BBQ, Fish, Oriental & Italian. Each is very good with excellent service and food. The one aspect which makes the Anemos unique is despite it being high season and therefore full it never seems busy. This could be because many villas have their own pools or that the beach is so inviting that people are spread across all these locations. Either way it’s a great hotel which we will return to.

The most beautiful hotel from Crete. Everything was superlative: the staff, the food, the shows, the hotel facilities. The restaurants are very diverse, and the terrace on the beach was a dream. Excursions to Santorini or to the most beautiful beaches can be organized.

Very good hotel and service with lots of facilities good food and staff. Can warmly recommend it for nice family vacation. Everyone was kind and service minded and nothing was a problem. We will definitely visit again and again, thank you Anemos for a great time.
