Anemos Luxury Grand Resort

The property impresses with modern Greek-themed facilities, pristine cleanliness, and exceptional service. It boasts convenient beachfront location and fantastic dining options. However, some reviews mentioned limited amenities.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly Guest Relations lady who was very welcoming. Straight away we were ushered into the beautiful reception area with the most gorgeous chandeliers and blue velvet sofas along with a cold sparkling drink. The luggage was brought in by friendly and helpful porters. Our deluxe Seaview room was beautifully furnished with a large bathroom. Spotlessly clean and bright. Good terrace. Stocked bar, free safety box. White fluffy towels. Bottle of wine and 2 free bottles of water which was replenished every day. The bed was very comfortable. Food was fantastic, plenty of choice, breakfast nice and hot, fresh orange juice every morning, even cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate available. Exceptional waiting staff, friendly, smiling, courteous and helpful. Tables, cutlery, crockery, sparkling clean. Buffet in he evening g had different themes each night, Asian, Chinese etc. The desserts were amazing. Lots of fruit available and the beautiful Greek desserts were delicious. The beach was just gorgeous, soft sand and beautifully clean sea. Very shallow so ideal for children. Lifeguard on duty. Plenty of nice comfortable sun loungers. Pool towels available at the spa. Seafood restaurant with waiter service on the beach. Pools around the hotel fantastic with lots of free sunbeds. The splash park and flumes are a fun area for the kids, tots and teens. Toilets good. Waiter service here too. The evening entertainment was held outside. Firstly the kids' disco which was well liked by the kiddies and followed by the fantastic acts, different every night and something for everyone including a brilliant rock band, acrobatics, soul night, greek night, ABBA tribute and a fun pirates acrobatic duet. The gardens are clean and very pretty. Buggies available to get you around the hotel and down to the beach through a tunnel under the road. This is a wonderful hotel and deserves its 5 star rating. The staff are exceptional and we would like to thank them all for making our holiday one-to-one remember and we would certainly return soon.

Had a wonderfull time in the hotel. Special thanks to Alex in the Aegeo Spaß 🤗 The food was very varied and always fresh. The rooms were always clean. The drinks at the bar were great. Would come back at any time, but May ist my favorite time to visit Crete.
